Yeah some spots I just wasn't low enough or whatever, but for the point of just testing the effectiveness it works super well, were it snowing too I'd be invisible lol!
Good afternoon!! Man, great video and effective setup! Like someone else said, short of major movement, you blend right in. And, even speaking on the movement, unless you are specifically looking for you, one probably wouldn’t notice…. Especially the untrained eye. In regards the that 5.11 Veil Camo pattern…. Man, I just recently picked up some pants in that. I really think that is a good pattern for a variety of environments. My wife thinks they are hideous, which means I intentionally wear them around more! Lol Good stuff man, keep coming with the badass videos!!! Take care man!

I have several full uniforms and a PC of it apart from the Rain Shell and Headgear, one of the best in my opinion, just sad that 5.11 is dropping the ball on it so much (to my understanding they are discontinuing it).
@@DJTheMetalheadMercenary Yeah, I think that’s why I got the pants so cheap….. I wasn’t able to find a top in the pattern, but it is what it is. One could probably pair it with a multicam top and it would work(ish). Lol
@@acrprotect4476 Yep, it does work okay with Multicam/ OCP, got a couple OCP pouches on my GEO7 PC and it looks good together. You could also use Pencott, Kryptek, or A-TACS Camo with it to good effect.
I would recommends just normal camcon colors for your face covering for cold weather and utilizing a large hood for snow CAMON needs as you go/as needed.. I like the exposed arms. I do this too..Greetings from Alaska..
Yeah the face/ head has a lot of variable options to apply based on the terrain and such, I like this setup for my AO, doesn't restrict vision at all and does help with Camouflaging, but I always have other headgear with me and the hood of the Rain Shell apart from the Snow Camo hood for a terrain/ more brown option. Yeah it depends the terrain and overall environmental conditions, some examples the whites up top are perfect, others the foliage camo will help break up the profile to be harder to see with the lack of flora/ natural foliage and woods for concealment. The whites up top are good for when getting low and going prone too.
