Hey Sarah. If you want a more environmentally friendly option to the wet wipes I would definitely recommend a bidet. There are alll kinds of versions: attachments, portable ones eg. I grew up washing myself with water after #2, either having bidet or so called hand held bidet. Environmentally friendly and you are clean afterwards. It's perfect also when you have period. I loved living in Italy and Finland because you find one of these in every home (even public toilets - hand held bidet in Finland).
Most of the world washes their butts after going number two. You can keep a watering can or milk jug in the bathroom and you fill it up with warm water and wash yourself. Zero waste and actually clean
But it also feels a bit gross chucking away wipes that have number two on them in the bin. The bin would become smelly. I recommend keeping a specific jug in the bathroom for number 2.
I discovered using baby wipes on myself when we had our baby. It was life changing, both for exactly the reason you said, and because I have an undiagnosed problem with my skin there where it splits open extremely easily. Friction is my enemy. Baby wipes are amazing in the lack of friction department! I LOVE that you love using them too! I feel so strange having to make sure I have a package with me when I leave the house for the day. It makes me feel more normal knowing you prefer it over tp!

You look great in short hair... Super useful tips! We opted for a bidet instead of the baby wipes but that is not an option for everybody... Thank you much^^
I recently have enjoyed “Boody” bras. They’re made entirely from recycled bamboo and are unbelievably soft and comfy. The one with pads is supportive enough for going out & about, where the one without pads is comfy to wear around the house! Great for all chest sizes. I also really love using Herb Pharm Lavender drops in my sleepytime tea to help me relax and sleep. Also love Doterra Balance for diffusing or some drops on the wrist as a “perfume”.
I've started using baby wipes for my underarms when I'm out and about like at work. I just have so much sweat/smell and it just makes my life easier. I just bring a little thing of wipes and a deodorant in a makeup bag and it's great.
I am one of those persons that use an epilator everywhere (including "that" area). I started using one around 12 years ago (at 18 yo) and now the pain is almost zero.
I can’t even do a tampon so😂 i do use reusable pads though! They are cotton infused with charcoal and once you use them, pop them in the wash to clean them. After that they are good to go again! I love these because before, pads were itchy and i would get skin irritations every month from them. I highly recommend if you can’t do a cup like me😂
I am so happy with my menstrual cup. I am allergic to pads and I love my cup. I will never go back to pads. I also seen a huge change in my period cramps. I also love good wipes a more natural wipe for down there

I tried a cup and it didn't work well for me, but LOVE my Nixit. For showers, I just use washcloths! I have pink ones for my bath, blue ones for heavy cleaning (chemicals, toilets, etc), and white/gray for counters and little spills. Greatly reduced paper towel usage. Also mildew free, since I hang to dry and only use once between washes. I also use washcloths between showers as needed for the bits and bobs that need freshening.
Totally agree with the wiping your bum with dry toilette paper situation. Recently got a bidet that can just be easily attached to your current toilet (it’s called „tushy“) and it is a life changer !!!! Never felt so clean back there 😄 also the company is awesome and woman-owned ❤️

A cultural curiosity: In Brazil we take a bath after going number 2. Actually we take at least two baths a day, but most of us take from 3 to 4 baths 😅 (the weather is super hot tho)
I love nails. Natural nails. But still strong and unbreakable (kinda). The most important thing to get to that point is (according to my experience and my mums) to only use a glass file. No scissors or anything like this. I think every woman should try it for a few months before crying that their nails break and chip. ❤
@@nikoletahanakova8573 Z ČR? 😊 I let my nails grow for like 3 weeks and than file them so they have just a bit of free edge. I like them like 1,5 mm long. It than takes maybe 30 mins but it's worth it. They're hard as rock now that I use the file for 5 years and don't do anything else. Also the best shape is a square with rounded edges. It is the strongest shape. I mean babies are born with square nails so it's the most natural. If someone wants some more tips just let me know. ❤
Also after the tree weeks if I'm too lazy to file it all, I cut it just a bit and they file. The most important thing is to end the manicure with the file as it leaves a smooth edge without and cracks or peeling (witch I get if I use scissors)
@@teruldacz That's how I do it. Cut with scissors and than file. I have to trim my nails every 10 days, they grow fast and if I don't do it they get long and that's impractical for me :-)
I read somewhere that for spirulina to be 'legit', basically it should smell similar to fish. I mix it in my smoothies, so the smell gets overpowered by the natural scents of the various fruit I chuck in.
I once upon a time used an epilator on my bikini area and face. Worst decision I’ve ever made in my life. Also used it in my armpit for a little bit and it was just terrible. It always pinched... I have a purple menstrual cup from Lunette. I learned from my very first menstrual cup being white and getting stained to get a colored one and you can’t see any stains on my new purple one. 🙊
yes yes yes! I would love to see what products you have used for a while, my skin is sensitive and I would like to see what you use and maybe give them a try. oh! and I loved this video, super informative. I actually bought the epilator you use and i loooove it. thanks so much, Sarah! lots of love
Hey Sarah!!! I have been watching your videos for years now, I totally agree on using wipes for that bathroom time. I honestly can't imagine not using them after cause it helps you feel cleaner😄💗💗
OMG! YES!! I totally feel the same about TP and #2! I used to have a bidet in Portugal, everyone has one. But then I moved to England... and now I NEED baby wipes not to feel gross. I have them at home and ALWAYS in my bag. 💩✨✨🌈
I have a hand bidet instead of baby whipes and it's so nice and sustainable. Love it. For number one I use it and clean myself with a little towel afterwards. For number two I use it and use normal toilet paper afterwards. It's just awesome because I save so much toiletpaper and I always feel clean und nice down there.
I feel so sad that I can't use a menstrual cup ;-; I have one and I used it for many periods but it irritates me to the point where I get infections ;-; but I for the ladies that have some problem with a menstrual cup, I highly recommend reusable pads (made from fabric). They absorb way more blood than normal ones and most of the time it feels cleaner
Have you ever considered getting a bidet? (Have you even ever heard of it?) Italians swear by it, and if you really like keeping yourself that cleaned, and are also environmentally conscious (baby wipes degrade very slowly, are often unnaturally or harmfully scented... adding to the pollution) this might be an option worth exploring for you. :)
It's ok if you've talked about it before if you left something that much Plus sometimes we want to buy the products you have but can't find the video that the link is in so repetition is great
I use wipes for the last 10 years, know exactly what you mean. I also started with baby wipes but this are not flushable so I use toilet wipes so much better and disposable X
So fun to see you wearing your Cuidado earrings the same way I wear mine - with a diamond stud behind them (I just got my second piercing three weeks ago specifically so I could do this!).
Love the video😍, you might like using a bidet, it’s a must at my house!! very easy to install, and cheap on amazon. I get disgusted by just the thought of only wiping after number 2🤢
I missed you Sarah! I haven't watched your videos for like two months and well, even though we don't know each other I feel like I want you in the good people area :D You bring GOOD in deed. And we are the same age! God bless you so much! Kitty from Poland

A cultural curiosity: In Brazil we take a bath after going number 2. Actually we take at least two baths a day, but most of us take from 3 to 4 baths 😅 (the weather is super hot tho)
You got me interested in the honeycomb mitt, wellness ring, a trimmer and soft bras.. Such good tips, new sub!!
Loved this video! I bought a menstrual cup after your first video about them and it is honestly the best purchase I've made all year. X
I love nails. Natural nails. But still strong and unbreakable (kinda). The most important thing to get to that point is (according to my experience and my mums) to only use a glass file. No scissors or anything like this. I think every woman should try it for a few months before crying that their nails break and chip. ❤
Hi, how often do you use the glass file? I tried it but it takes forever to get just one nail done so I gust gave up.
@@teruldacz SR, but have family in ČR as well :-)
Thanks for the tip, you have amazing patience to do that.
I love your top! It looks great with your new haircut 😍
I'd love to see some more videos like that! I love your energy and how open you talk about everything ☺️
Love videos like this!!! Yes to body care and skin care videos! 🙌🏻
My family and I have always used wipes for after number 2! I don’t know how one does not!
That’s why having a bidet or water container helps in bathroom! Washing with water in always better.
yes yes yes!
Yes to bath&body products videos!! 😍
I was so happy when that video dropped 😊 always enjoying your videos 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Where were you sara? I missd you so happy to see your video again.
i thought the same !
Thanks for sharing all of these, Sarah! ♥️
It's ok if you've talked about it before if you left something that much Plus sometimes we want to buy the products you have but can't find the video that the link is in so repetition is great
Yes do a video on skin care and hair care and body care and also maybe products you love for your kids?
I use wipes for the last 10 years, know exactly what you mean. I also started with baby wipes but this are not flushable so I use toilet wipes so much better and disposable X
Thank you for addressing the baby wipe thing! I thought I was the only one!
So fun to see you wearing your Cuidado earrings the same way I wear mine - with a diamond stud behind them (I just got my second piercing three weeks ago specifically so I could do this!).
Spray hidrogen-peroxide on your cup and it will be stainless😊and your pads as well♥️
Love the video😍, you might like using a bidet, it’s a must at my house!! very easy to install, and cheap on amazon. I get disgusted by just the thought of only wiping after number 2🤢
Yes yes yes skincare body care vids!!!
I missed you Sarah! I haven't watched your videos for like two months and well, even though we don't know each other I feel like I want you in the good people area :D You bring GOOD in deed. And we are the same age! God bless you so much!
Kitty from Poland
Cloth menstrual pads. So much softer than single use and great for over night
Yup, I started using a mens beard trimmer shortly before this video and I can confirm it’s great to have. I find that women’s trimmers are much more flimsy.
Hi Sarah you are such an inspiration to me ily ❤️❤️
