You are now dealing with height restrictions( headlight need to be less than a certain height)exhaust( has to exit at or outsidebody). Someone said they got stopped at road check where they were looking for deleted diesels.

In bc those tire hanging outside of the body will get you pulled of the rd and will also get you a full dot inspection.
