    Just made these and they are AWESOME! I've made the ones with dates and walnuts in the past and my kids thought they were okay, but they loved these! I think they taste a lot like the no bake cookies are used to make. Thanks for a great recipe!

    Could u make a video about intuitive eating? I am too focussed on intuitive eating that I overthink it and then I do not eat intuitive.

      koekiemonster It's probably something you just need to go through. I had this in the beginning too. Overtime you will focus on other stuff and food/hunger will become less interesting. Whenever you're hungry: eat. Even if it's being hungry while your stomach is full, just eat. Make sure it's mostly whole plant foods though, no junk/processed foods!!

    Just came on here to say that I made these balls yesterday because it's that time of the months and omg.. perfect replacement for that big ol dark chocolate candy bar! 👌🏻 yummmm it was even fun making them with my 2 year old who loved that mama let her eat all the "chocolate" she wanted!

    Rather than PB2 that is not organic, you should try Honeyville brand Organic Peanut Butter Powder. Despite the brand name, there is no honey in it and the product is organic. Conventional peanut products contain a lot of pesticides due to the thin skin and lack of hard shell of the peanut. It's pretty cheap at Costco.

    2TBS cocoa

    A couple days ago I made chocolate date balls and also PB ones (not mixed) for a whole NONVEGAN class because we were having a potluck, and they were gone within 5 MINUTES

  • @MrsPinkZebra
    @MrsPinkZebra 7 років тому

    I made these today and they are absolutely amazing! I was worried the pb2 powder on the outside might be too much but it helps absorb the moisture and prevents them from sticking together. Brought these to a potluck and they were a huge hit

      Also I used 25 dates but they were very large dates so it almost x 4 the recipe. I just adjusted as needed

    Could you talk about PB2 versus peanut butter? I'm not trying to be negative or anything, but I thought that eating whole foods is better. PB2 has a lot of the fat taken out, and you're left with some vitamin E which is fat soluble.
