Well, I declare! TCOYD's out there doin' the Lord's work, educatin' us folks about our health and lightin' a fire under them doctors who are quicker at snatchin' up consultation fees than they are at rememberin' these important tests and treatments like UACR and sglt-2i. It's a real blessing, I tell ya, to have folks like TCOYD docs steerin' us right and makin' sure we ain't just left in the dust. They're like guardian angels, makin' sure we don't get the short end of the stick while some of these doctors are more focused on fillin' their pockets than doin' a thorough check-up. Time for us to take the reins and make sure we're gettin' the care we deserve, all thanks to the good folks at TCOYD. Yeehaw!
Well, bless my britches! Here I am, findin' out my ol' primary care doc ain't fussin' none, even with my UACR showin' numbers higher than a squirrel in a tall oak tree. I'm grateful as a pup with two tails for all the learnin' you've given me on this here situation. Seems like the sun's high in the sky for me to hitch up my wagon and trot on over to one of them fancy endocrinologists. Time's a-wastin', and I reckon it's up to me to be the captain of my own ship, stand tall, and take charge of my health, come rain or shine!
Well, shoot! My primary care doc ain't quite hitchin' up to them fancy under 70mg/dL LDL levels, as the ADA recommends for us over-40 folks battlin' type 2 diabetes, tryin' to dodge that ASCVD. Bless her soul, she's tryin', bein' a jack of all trades and all. But, reckon it's high time I skedaddle to a new doc, maybe mosey on over to a specialist, like one of them endocrinologists. And I tell ya, this high-deductible health plan's been wranglin' me somethin' fierce. Come January 2024, I'm switchin' over to a preferred provider plan, yeehaw!

Well, let me tell ya what, I once got a tip from a pharmacology professor, as wise as an old owl, 'bout three things to poke your doc with when they're fixin' to scribble you a new fancy prescription. Ask 'em 'bout how it's gonna wrangle with your specific illness, chop down that all-cause mortality risk reduction percentage and the third one’s a mystery to me. Say, how 'bout you rustle up a video on this topic? I've been chasin' my tail tryin' to lasso the all-cause mortality reduction percentage numbers for them SGLT-2I meds. Sure would be as helpful as a pocket on a shirt! 🤠
