    • Complete MAC Valve Man...
After spending more time than I probably should have, trying to get his original valves in working order, I have decided to make a new bank. It was the right decision, because it is cleaner, nicer looking, and works flawlessly.
I built his new bank with a 10-space and 8-space baomain manifold. I replaced all the 6mm fittings with 1/4in fittings, added 1/4 NPT 3/8" diameter barbs to the main line and exhaust ports, and connected his original hoses onto them. I also wired every valve and connected them to a screw terminal. I actually enjoyed building this bank, it is definitely a lot more rewarding than trying to fix a bank that is done for lol. I'd be down to build another one of these banks in the future.

Hey Yoshi, I was wondering what materials you used to build your custom bot? And if 100$ would be enough to build the head mech you used?

$100 is enough to build a head mech like I have. I used 3/4” aluminum flat bar from the hardware store for the frame. I also used: L-brackets of various sizes, bolts, washers and nuts, and some rods. I did model and 3D print the clevises though (which I can sell).

@@mr.mitten I have a table saw, but you can cut aluminum with a hacksaw and a vise. (I personally prefer doing it that way sometimes) a drill press is the best way to drill holes accurately.

Search “breadboard wires” on Amazon for the wires. Search “breakout connector 25 pin” on Amazon for the screw terminal. I got the wire nuts in the electrical aisle at Lowe’s. Hope that helps.
