- purposely made a trip to the supermarket to get footage of buying food for our realistic baby short video's and all got blown out of proportion fast.. police arrive watch.. ruined our day
( note:- not attention seeking video or an auditor video so don't judge in that way) #supermarketidiots
Do you understand that any shop has a right to ask anybody to leave without having to give a reason?
That you are allowed in with their consent which can be removed at any time?
That is a privilege that you seem to be intent on abusing? Just have to keep pushing it?
Try getting a life.
Sad.
Yes Dave I fully understand that any shop has the right to ask anybody to leave without having to give a reason, thank you for your information. If filming 2 minutes of food on a shelf is abusing a privilege then I must be a terrible human being and I need to get a life.. any tips? I thought of commenting on other people's UA-cam video's with negative comments but there's too many troll's already. But thank you so much for the time you spent commenting, very greatful for your constructive feedback
@@powerfulsunrise But why did you NEED to film other than for the attention it would bring?
Do you know what 'Casing the joint' means? How do they know you're not filming for a nefarious activity? Planning to rob the place? Checking their security arrangements?
When I go into a shop it's specifically to buy stuff, I'm in, out, no hassle from anybody. Job done. Because I have better things to do with my life.
You deliberately go in to antagonize and I'm sure you would be very upset if nobody approached you.
All you 'auditors' are the same. Deliberately antagonistic for views.
What a sad existence...
Seriously Dave I get it.. you think I'm an auditor lol noooo I hate conflict's like that.. the video was for a realistic baby doll getting food for a UA-cam short.. the attention this is getting is not what this is about.. I would of rather walked in and out undetected. I know how it looks but I'm not educated enough in that sector to be an auditor. Just annoyed me that they thought I was filming the cleaner wtf lol 😂 I didn't want to say oh btw I'm making a realistic baby film.. thank you though for taking time out to chat on here.. and I'm not an auditor 👍
It's a privilege to go into a shop? don't think so.
@@davefave4351 not all auditors antagonise (UK spelling)
Daren't tackle criminals unless they have a 20 officer backup though. Wimps. 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂
Yet again we see a security officer who does not have his sia licence on show correctly, you are unable to see the photograph or the number/expiry date, plus he is wearing a camera as soon as he began an interaction he has to turn it on and inform the member of the public he is filming, which he failed to do, note that picture on his licence clearly was not him,
Jobs worth are every where we need more people recording thanks for uploading. I've subscribed and liked btw
Much appreciated and thank you for subscribing and supporting my channel,
Had to upload this.. we only popped in the supermarket as we normally do just to get a video of food only.. for a short video.. obviously someone got prang and thought they was getting filmed. It makes you wonder what they have to hide . . I didn't see anything out of the norm.. and this video is in no way shape or form for shaming anyone. Just to show you all what happened.. no violations was broken and it's all in accordance with the law . Thanks for watching and like, subscribe
Everyone's a suspect! Arnet they just gone. how did we end up with a society lke this ffs!
I know I hate it, they all gang up on you as well because they paint a bad picture and judge in a negative light
@@powerfulsunrise their just corporatised goons, slaves to the algorthyrm
how dare they prifile custoners
Security must be part of last years boat people?😂😂😂
Cheek!
Staff thick as mince
The argument that they have cctv is null and void, they have cctv for security purposes on their premises, the building is private, they let people in but it is still private, you do not own that building so you have to conform to any conditions they have, this is why you can be refused access or be evicted from such places.
There is also a law called "Possession of Property", as this isn't your property, they by law, are entitled to enjoy it, and property means everything they own. It is a right they have and the reason you cannot film in their building, in the same way someone would not be able to film in your house.
The way around filming on private property? You ask permission, its not yours so you don't have a right to do something there which infringes a right they already have.
Yes true. . Unless you ask permission and your "talent" agrees, it's probably best to blur the faces in these areas. Good to watch though 😁
Bengal Lancers again
Yes definitely 👍
There is a thing with GDPR and filming people at work, if they are inside a building. For example, you cant film the staff at mcdonalds, or the cleaning lady, or the store employes. Its for their private safety. So they actually can make a scene of it if they misunderstood. If it was in the street it would have been different. But as you see in the video, you cant see anyone. So you did not film anyone.
Nothing to do with GDPR. Not law stating you can't film them. You CAN aim your camera inside no problem.
What did the police say?
They said I was free to go I had done nothing wrong and that I was allowed to keep my phone on because of the way they approached me
Security said no filming and switch off your video and that's it where were you arrested? Bloody click bait oh m where was police?
He said switch off your phone, played it back loads of times, police was outside and the police said I was allowed to film, but was only filming when the security came over.. as for click bait your entitled to your opinion, thank you for your comment it's very welcome
Why do u want too film on private property anyway
Thank you for your comment, just to clarify I just wanted to film a bit of food on the shelf for a UA-cam short rather than stock footage.. other than that not interested in filming on private property,
