I’m currently looking for apartments although I’d prefer a townhouse.
I’ve been here since the week of February 2/12. Started my job the week of February 24 when I injured my ankle. I was looking for a place in Lithonia. I’ve throughly enjoyed your videos thus far and I hate that your air bnb is booked up so far (it’s a good thing for you (money)), as I’m living with family and desperately looking to move but am held up by injury and needing to get back to work.
I’m not used to these prices, I was looking for cheaper but that doesn’t exist. So I just need to make more. $1200 seems to be the cheaper option apparently. I appreciate the time and effort you take to do these tours and videos. Keep them coming! You’re helping so many people.

A word of advice., which by the way, I base my opinion on persons by their actions and not where they are from or their ethnicity. Be cautious with regards to who will be your neighbors. I lived next to people from India who are in the computer technology field and ever since they moved in there has been nothing but trouble. I had issues with my WIFI and computer network being hacked. When I am online my connection constantly drops. Besides that about 5 people are living in a junior one bedroom which causes excessive noise at all hours. Additionally since there are so many of them they need to step outside and have phone conversations in front of other persons apartments causing a disturbance. They were repeatedly asked to stop but would not listen. When they used the laundry room they would leave the clothes in the machines for hours and even days sometimes. Meanwhile other people need to use the machines. They would not keep clean. Once an animal dropped turd right by their front door and they would not clean it up. The would constantly walk in and out and not have the decency to pick it up. This resulted in a fly problem in my house. And the problem did not subside until they moved out. Unfortunately these people have some kind of superiority complex where they think the shouldn't have to pick up after themselves and should get get everything cheap. Let me tell you, having technical training doesn't make you better.
I’m looking to move in the Northeast Georgia area. Like buford, flowery branch, auburn, winder, braselton area. Do you think one day you could do a video on that, especially if they are cheap !
Can you do a video on apartments in Stone Mountain ga, also is it a good area?
Yea of course & honestly the crime rate is kinda up there but the housing prices are decent. And there’s a few things to do out there

How was the neighborhood surrounding the cortland apartment? Like up and down the immediate street and kind of around it?
its great! right by ponce de leon it is near the downtown decatur area. up the street is avondale look it up very nice and quiet

Is Decatur a good area?
Decatur in general has a crime rate of 21 but north Decatur is nicer imo
South Decatur is hood north Decatur is not
What apts let you Airbnb?
None that I know of. Most places are strict about it
