Hey Angell, I just wanted to commend you for following through with the tour despite having a bad day. I pray you're having a better day and thank you for providing value to your channel helping us because this information is so help. I am transferring to ATL in 30- 60 days for my job and this is helping me TREMENDOUSLY! #BLESSINGSTOYOU
Thank you so much for acknowledging that 🥲 I didn’t wanna just be a sap and go home lol but I’m glad this video was so helpful to you! 🤍 good luck on your journey to moving! I’m here if you have any questions 🥰
I moved to Sandy Springs in 07 and I paid $875 for 2 beds/2baths. I moved to a condo 2 years later in 09. It was $800. It is now $2000. Inflation is ridiculous!
Hey thank you for this video! You are the reason why I found my dream apartment and reasonable price and my commute to work went from an hour and a half to 15 minutes!
Thank you for this video. I live in the Cumberland/Vinings area and my rent is increasing from $1505 to $1766 😩 I am definitely looking for something more financially feasible. I’ll definitely look into these apartments and if you do more tours in the Smyrna/Marietta area, I would greatly appreciate it!! 😊 Thank you and blessings!!
Yes im looking for a spot in Marietta Ga for me and my girl and the kids hard to find anything im moving from Bama and she's from Florida tired of her living out the hotels and me traveling back and forth i know anything about Georgia frfr but where im from we deal with local landlords
sometimes. but usually no . the reason why is because its getting cleaned and renovated so they don't want u to go inside and something happens and they are reliable
I'm so sad... I just got a new job out in austell but the prices to get in an apartment out here is crazy I'm from oklahoma for a 2 bedroom 2 bath is $700 and rent goes up every 2 years for $10-30 more. Smh
Thank you for the apartment tours, it’s nice and hopefully for those looking for a decent apartment & price while not necessarily living not that far away from the city.
I am in sandy springs and total I pay $1700 for a 2bed 2bath. I have been thinking about going to Columbus since they are cheaper and you can just drive to Atlanta. I don’t even go into Atlanta often, so it really depends on what you are trying to pay and the area.
Yea the problem is most people want to be in the city but unfortunately just don’t have the budget for it. I hope you find what you’re looking for :) thanks for watching!
That's not great but not awful. Sandy Springs is a great area with tons of amenities. And you can drive to anywhere you wanna hang out. I don't see why everyone wants to be inside the perimeter smh if you got a car
Truly! I do like the area, but I’ve seen others that would be nice too and I never go to perimeter mall. So, I’ve been looking 30-45 minutes outside of downtown Atlanta since I’ve been here for awhile. There are definitely other options. I really like Marietta and Syrmna.
Heck yeah this was helpful thank you so much for sharing you found some treasures for real that last one was really nice and the price was really nice! 🤩
I need help finding a place in Georgia, preferably Acworth, Cartersville, Kennesaw, Dallas or Marietta. I’m moving from Chicago and will be working in Acworth
Hi My husband and I have been considering moving to Atlanta for a few years now. We’re interested in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I’ve been binge watching your videos just to get an idea of what areas and apartment communities to check out. I’d love it if you could also show the prices of the 3 bedroom units if they’re available. Thanks!
Patiently waiting for Lawrenceville, I’m looking to move from Arkansas. Heard great things about that area. I do have a question did The Legacy have a laundry area in the until?
WHOA. As an LA native, sign me up. ALL those places go for a minimum of 2,000 here. Even the $900 one. Can't wait to move. I saw a 4bdrm house out there that rents the sane as my Hollywood 2bdrm apt with no amenities, no patio. We have fire weed. That's it. The soul food pops the weed pops but that's it. ATL traffic has NOTHING on LA traffic. Pack my bags!
Ya'll pleased be advised the majority of these apartments under 1400 do not have washers and dryers included in the cost so you will have to bring your own or rent ones out if that's important to you. Also the rent you see listed will increase significantly if you plan to move-in weeks or months later
Sometimes I wonder how these leasing agents have jobs, no sales skills, bland personalities and just dry. Smh good reviews slim. The 1st and last ones were the best.
Great video!!! I use to live in Atlanta and finding a nice reasonable apartment is pain. Some of the apts listed in your video are outdated and roach infested apartments. But you can’t beat the price!! I would recommend asking the leasing office to spray the apartment before moving in and to always get the top floor unit.
Roach infestations are definitely a problem in Georgia! It's important to note that if you're getting rent this cheap you'll likely have a bug problem and/or rodent problem, and possibly be in a bad neighborhood.
By the attached 🎥 video show; all of the apartments shown 👀 look fairly nice and or decent for person/s to choose to live in happiness and or for peace and for privacy as required. ⏩↗In regards to cost for apartments/housing; I believe what the young lady's saying about persons looking to not pay high cost for apartments/housing in Atlanta/Georgia to look for apartment/housing on the outside of the city areas; because I believe that in each city state and country, the cost has always been higher to pay for apartments/housing close to walking distant to the city listed as downtown or in town or to live in the city listed as downtown or in town cost more for different reasons and one of those reasons are because person/s don't have to pay for train and or bus to get to main attraction areas if live amongst so, another reason are that person/s are paying to live in rich and or glamorous looking beautiful attractions and or areas busy for wanted foods and or restaurants and or for certain stores and or for certain areas beautiful building/s and or highrise building/s and or huge or big park/s and or beaches that's a main attraction for to walk around to enjoy and or to bring blanket/s and or fold up or blow up chairs to relax and enjoy or for other kinds of fun such as cookouts and or exciting happenings in main attraction, attractive areas in the city persons are charged higher cost for apartments/housing for different reasons to live because of certain main attraction about the area or because close to where rich and or famous persons live. 😉
great video - thank you! I am new to the area. Every time I look at reviews of apartments people mention roaches. How can I find a place without roaches?
Hmm is it a specific area you’re looking in? I’ve been in 3 different apartments while living in atlanta and never had an issue with roaches. I’d stay to switch up the areas you’re looking in if possible
Im interested in seeing it in person and I’m genuinely curious what it’s like there? Is it rodents or bad management? I can deal with bad management (obviously not the ideal situation) but I DO NOT tolerate rodents!

to be honest right. now anything under 1300 in atl has roaches and rodents and is severely outdated.
Not true love look into tax credit apartments most of them are new builds and starts at $700
@@kazbaby261 how do find tax credit?? I'm trying to move by the summer
@makeupbellabeauty2018 u ain't finding nothing less than 1200
Facts! Look at the reviews
Wow, when I first moved to Atlanta in 06 I had a "luxury " apt in buckhead for $800 a month. I guess I'm telling my age.
No cause I’m hearing similar stories smh this inflation is outrageous
I lived by the airport for $600 something a month. Now $1400 is the bare min

Of course. Adding them to my list 🤞🏾

Some Atlanta Natives cannot afford to live in Atlanta unless it’s tax credit.
Most ppl be working like 2 and 3 jobs to meet income requirements... a lot of places out here are 3x the rent and some are 4x..... be aware...
Facts that’s Georgia for you we do not get paid based off living expenses like most states
damn, in NY it be like 40x.

Hey Angell 👋🏾
Hello please do a video for Stockbridge apartments
I see u viewed renew midtown, she seem pretty friendly, I’ll go tomorrow to see how it goes
She really was. Probably one of the most friendly leasing agents I’ve toured with. How did it go?
I didn’t get to since Covid on the rise I decided to do a online tour
In only a year, Clairmont went from $1060 to $1500 for 1bed/1bath
😭😭 they really need to do some type of rent control
Great video! The last one was the best for price and space, let me go add my name to this waitlist 🙄😅
Right?! I might just add my name too 😭
Is that last one actually in Atlanta?
How far is the grocery store from the apartments?
I liked the last one the best.
Hi. Do you do any homes?. Like 2 bedroom section 8 voucher type quiet areas?
Thank you for this video I def need it...
No problem :) glad it was helpful
What's your take on Woodstock?
Hello! Are they already fully furnished?
Hey I have rooms for rent @ 1k a month with private bathroom. Between West end Marta station and Beltline. I would luv for you to do a video on.
Hey can you send me your information?
