A word of advice., which by the way, I base my opinion on persons by their actions and not where they are from or their ethnicity. Be cautious with regards to who will be your neighbors. I lived next to people from India who are in the computer technology field and ever since they moved in there has been nothing but trouble. I had issues with my WIFI and computer network being hacked. When I am online my connection constantly drops. Besides that about 5 people are living in a junior one bedroom which causes excessive noise at all hours. Additionally since there are so many of them they need to step outside and have phone conversations in front of other persons apartments causing a disturbance. They were repeatedly asked to stop but would not listen. When they used the laundry room they would leave the clothes in the machines for hours and even days sometimes. Meanwhile other people need to use the machines. They would not keep clean. Once an animal dropped turd right by their front door and they would not clean it up. The would constantly walk in and out and not have the decency to pick it up. This resulted in a fly problem in my house. And the problem did not subside until they moved out. Unfortunately these people have some kind of superiority complex where they think the shouldn't have to pick up after themselves and should get get everything cheap. Let me tell you, having technical training doesn't make you better.
Hello Angell, we ( i and my wife) watched your apartment tours and this one...very well organized vedio tour..helped us know near by area and apartments with prices...if possible please suggest any apartment within 1250 $ having around 900sqft area...1 bed or 2 bed ..anything is OK..we are currently staying at dunwoody. All are very costly near by.

My mother just looking for an nice comfortable place to live whether it’s an house or apartment but she wants it somewhere an little local.
If you’re moving to LVILLE look into renting a house you can do that for a good price very competitive because it’s so far out. IMO. Good luck!

I loved the sugar mill and the eddison at sugarloaf the apartment layouts are perfect and they both have pools how far is Lawrenceville from atlanta?
For reference, lawrenceville is about 35 minutes from buckhead (without traffic)
