You did a great job showcasing these apartments. Provided plenty of useful information. Top notch! 🏆💯 Personally, any room with a carpet is an absolute no go due to my hyper-sensitive sinus. Good luck finding your own place. 👍🏿
@@GabbyChristinee Toronto is great! But my favourite Canadian city is Montreal. They're fairly close so make sure you visit there too. No need to speak French! It's a very cosmopolitan multi-cultural centre. So much culture. Like a mini-Paris!
All the apartment/s shown by the attached 🎥 video appeared decent from what I could see by the 🎥 video show; although the last three apartments were my favorites by what I could 👀 see by the attached 🎥 video; but, I know that if I were interested in an apartment that I should contact the customer servicing person's listed to manage and or show the apartment/s to make an appointment to see the apartment/s in person because it's best to see the apartment/s in person for a live walk through with the customer service person of the apartments complex to get a moreso, up close, look and feel of where the apartment complex are located and to see if the apartment and the appliances in the apartment are in good and or decent working order and to get a feel of being inside of the apartment can make a big difference; because although, I also prefer wood flooring and nice size bedroom/s that I could move around in comfortably to make up and or fix up a queen or king size bed and could fit two nice size dressers and a desk or table with two chairs in at least one of the bedroom/s, I might fairly be smart and choose the apartment with carpet and or smaller room/s because get better vibes about the apartment and or apartment maybe moreso affordable for what I can afford.😘↗Persons can live really nice and or happily in apartment that may not have all that she or he has desires for thier apartment to have.
As a resident in the ATL, the cost of living here is getting higher and higher. I’d recommend buying a house because most of the new subdivisions being built in the ATL and Metro Areas have a mortgage that cost just as much as half of these apartments.
Hello, where do you think I can get a good apartment if my budget is $1,200? In Atlanta I can just find rooms for that price but not a entire apartment.
@@GabbyChristinee That's sad, currently I'm paying $700 for a 2bdr in Newnan but my commute is 80 miles a day so I'm spending a lot of money in gas i could be spending in an apartment haha maybe I should pay for a $1400
If you don’t mind still having a bit of a commute, Up north towards Lawrenceville/Stone Mountain can be a lot cheaper and there’s still a ton to do! I work downtown and it’s not too bad a drive.
You may find some lower prices in some older apartment buildings that don't have all the amenities or large gated community. I mean the walk-up type apartments that are like 16 units max without all the bells and whistles. You will get same amount of space but not the luxury finishes or amenities for less than 1500 bur yeah the rent has gone up
yes, try SAVING and making sure your credit is good. But you are way too young to be able to get an apartment right now. I'm sure when your 18 you will have much better luck along with possibly needing co-signer, but Goodluck!
These apartment complexes should really hire you to do their unit tour videos! This was great!
Thanks you 🥺❤️

Thank you! That means a lot 🥺 Same here! That’s the exact reason I can’t do carpet. It’s actually pretty hard to find an apartment without it tbh
This was so fun to watch! I'm in Canada and the rents are pretty much the same.
Yaay thank you for watching! I’ve always wanted to visit Canada. Toronto has been on my bucket list for years!

Looks like I’ll have to rent a car when I go so I can visit! Thank you for the suggestion ❤️

It is so crazy, that is why we decided to buy 😢
Was the water included in the rental fees and or utilities?
I like the last one ☺️
Me too! It was so nice!
It's a financial trade off. Carpet=ok or do-able price. Wood plank vinyl= more expensive
Exactly smh
These are nice! Thanks for making this video!
Thank you for watching!
Hello, I am wondering the price of the first apartment to own (not rent
I really like apartment number one.
Hello, where do you think I can get a good apartment if my budget is $1,200? In Atlanta I can just find rooms for that price but not a entire apartment.
Honestly, probably nowhere. Rates have skyrocketed in the last year. The rents I’ve been seeing are about $1400 - $1600 for a 1/1 🤧

Jeeez! At least you’ll get your time back 🥲

Great video!
Thank you!!
I'm 15 and want to get one of these in a few years. Any tips or info I should know?
Credit my guy
I would say start saving money and build your credit!
