I had that on my car since 2020. That feature should be off automatically and then if you want it you can activated. That features savees you very little oil and damages your engine much faster. You can also install a connection on car seat to the shifter that will turn HOLD on automatically.

My 2021 XLE (gas) set a hood alarm when I disconnected it....I detest Start-Stop!!
