Ah! I live on the east coast on Canada (Newfoundland to be exact) and it's pretty beautiful here, minus all the snow haha, but omg you are so lucky to live in such a beautiful place!!! The guys talk about a lot of health and fitness based studies and topics and I think you would really enjoy it. Check it out; I love that it's educational information instead of the BS content often found in women's magazines and such.
Julia if you have a problem with sweating you should wear a buff it keeps your hair back and acts as a sweat band for your forehead. I wear them when Hiking, working, and on the motorcycle.
I'm always so jealous of the hiking trails you have near you! Your videos make me want to get out of the house an exercise too! By the way, your face looks a lot slimmer already :)
