I've been a fan for years. I just noticed you are juicing apples with seeds. I think apple seeds contain a little cyanide. You should check into this.

You’re looking tip top lady. Since February I’ve been tracking calories on MyFitnessPal and have lost a stone (Very slowly but steadily) and I’m so much happier with myself. Being more aware of quantities etc has been a life changer for me.
Good for you! :) It really helps to keep track, also I notice on some days that I need to eat more foods with Iron, or Calcium, or whatever.

Ich weiß nicht, ob du in einem fitfriday schon mal über dein CrossFit workout gesprochen hast, aber das würde mich sehr interessieren! Z.B. Wie du dazu gekommen bist, wann sich bei dir erste Erfolge eingestellt haben ( Kondition und Kraft) und auch ob sich eventuelle körperliche Beschwerden verbessert haben. Durch meinen Bürojob hab ich wahnsinnige Rückenschmerzen und auch 2-3 mal die Woche Fitness machen das nicht komplett wett.

Oh yes, my colleague says drinking black coffee (caffeine free or not) is a gd fat burner. He always drinks 1 after lunch n skip morning coffee. Just sharing w you!

It's good to be hungry for a meal! But I'm often not very hungry in the mornings, I tend to eat more in the afternoon :)

Von Solis, aber ich würde ein anderes Model kaufen, wo der "Abfall" vom Gemüse direkt aus der Maschine raus kommt, und nicht in so einem internen Auffang Kontainer aufgefangen wird, finde das mühsam wenn man mehr Saft machen möchte.

The Siggi whole milk vanilla yogurts are incredible! I mix them with a banana or berries and it's an amazing high protein dessert!

It’s not great, water is best, so I would limit to 1 per day. But you know what’s worse? Debilitating obesity, so if it helps you as a step to wean off sugary sodas, do you boo.
