I really liked the last Scar the Martyr album when it came out. When they easily could have turned out like Slipknot lite, they established their own sound pretty quickly. Shame that Roadrunner had already become a shell of itself by the time they got started, and that Bonner/Elis didn't stick around. I would have loved to hear a second album. RIP Joey.
@boneheadedtunes5419 i messaged him through facebook in January, asking about it. Another reason why it never released was that Jed, Matt and Steve left with Kyle in 2018, leaving Kalen and Joey to be the only members.
@boneheadedtunes5419 update: albums never coming out. Kalen has no say on what happens to it anymore as he no longer affiliated with the label. The good news is that a friend and I are recording it ourselves based on live videos. I fear the worst drops tomorrow
