    Can anyone tell me the difference between the aging time and oak aging of Chianti Reserva and Chianti Classico Reserva ? The CCR needs 24 months, does a generic Chianti also need 24 months? And does a sub-zone require 24 months also?

    Jimmy, thanks so much for this video, helps alot! I do have a question, I have a Chianti Rùfina Riserva laying around, but I only see 'riserva' being used around the classicos. Is this Rufina Riserva a subzone of the subzone Rufina?

      My pleasure - generally herbaceous notes that certain varietals may show more than others (such as Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon etc) or under ripe grapes
