You didn't really mount the plate securely utilizing all the hardware though

We were able to install it up to the point where we can put the batteries. After that, we found that the Lock and Unlock were reversed fml

Did you have to change out the doorknob also or did you keep the old one?

My keypad display won't work, i put brand new batteries (energizer batteries)
