I just love the way he talks 😂 NASCAR really lost its Southern charm. I know this race still gets under his skin...but it sure is a fun one over 30 years later
My dad is a Bill Elliott fan, whereas I was a Dale Earnhardt SR fan. So he would agree with you possibly, whereas I disagree.
Having Southern roots is what made NASCAR special and unlike other forms of motorsports. Unfortunately, the sport has left behind what made it special. NASCAR is a ghost of its former self.

Bill I watched you from the time you started until you retired and you will always be my favorite driver , Know your son has won me over only because he is your son , I say that because I am a FORD Man , But I pull for Chase know because he is Bill’s son . the very best to all of and the family members , glade he has that 9 on the side . take care .

@@shawdowsanddust5301 It was hard to beat that tbird on the big tracks. It was just too fast. But Dale would manage a top 5 and then out drive Bill and Davey on the smaller tracks.
Dale cheated his entire career spinning out anyone in his way and always got away with it.

Last time I said this I got death threats but Earnhardt done the same shit that day he did that got his ass killed.elliott cut him a break if he hadn't he might died that day.earnhardt was good but he was also a dirty ass driver who had alot of luck but his luck finaly run out..but pass in the grass to me is a dam joke but alot of these dumb ass people think he drove right thru that grass an passed bill which is a dam joke

You just proved your ignorance, Earnhardt knew if Elliot got past him Elliot was gone period. So Earnhardt drove him as dirty as possible to try to make it not look that way. Earnhardt's dirty driving eventually got him killed!! He drew water from that well one to many times!!

Its nothing to be all butt hurt about , if a faster car was gonna pass you would you just let him drive on by ? I doubt it , push him up the track and win the race. What ever it takes.

Ethan I not sure I think your saying kyle busch,I'm sorry but your wrong kyle busch now,when it came to dale earnafart sr he would bump,bang and just plan wreak you just because he wanted to,and nascar let him get away with it then.he was like your big bully in school,except he did it in nascar.and his pit crew and nascar protected him from everyone that tryed to get to and at him.i just think if only a fue people could have got to him and busted his face in a fue times he would have learned to respect the others driver and would not have pulled so many dirty tricks by wreaking then.he's was just like that big bully you had in school.he is going to run over everybody until someone with enough ass and balls brings him down or cut him down to ever one elses size.nascar just plain and simple let him do and get by with what ever wanted to do to other drivers just thank god with his dirty driver style and the drivers that he wreaked no one ever got killed or hurt really bad!!!!!
Bill clearly tried to spin Dale, TWICE! It just didn't work out quite like he had pictured! Just like Dale said, "Bill took Bodine out and had the same in mind for him but he didn't take it!" Dale was three times the driver Bill was!
You're an idiot. Bodine did what he did his entire career, WRECK. Turned down when someones nose was already under you. Bill by far had the class of the field and Dale knew that. It's why he blocked and blocked and blocked him. He knew if Bill got around him it was over. So Dale did what he did best, block or take someone else out to win or advance his position. That Ford was eating those Chevy's for breakfast. Bill should've dumped his ass down the front stretch and just went on.
Bill Elliott was just mad because he wrecked Geoff Bodine and his tire got cut as a result.

I am sure they were speaking of Nascar as being the fastest ‘ , I may be wrong but I think bill’s speed was so great then is the reason restrictor plate's came on the scene and remain with smaller injectors.
Those drag cars are not naturally aspirated. They have supercharger's turbo's nitro gas.
This is RACING. Circle track racing. Not going down a straight line for 4 seconds and it's over. The 9 coors ford is and was the fastest stock car on the planet.
If Bill's Thunderbird would have been actually legal, he would have never made the race.
