Hi Mark from eating Roman style Pizza to having some good South Indian meals in Mangalore , you are simply phenomenal. Thoroughly enjoyed this vlog . Enjoy your time in India with my “friend -vloggers” , Kripal & Joel . Can’t wait to watch your collab series of India 🇮🇳. Meanwhile Pizza 🍕 is a dish that I can have 365 days a year . A few months ago I was in Naples and thoroughly enjoyed their Neopolitan style Pizza . Take care & have a great gastronomical experience in South India ( Karnataka) 🇮🇳🇮🇳
This looks like an amazing place, with tasty pizzas and very friendly staff. I really liked to see Ying, and your visit into the kitchen. The staff there really look like they love their job, and that they are proud of it. For me, a thin crusty base is also the best thing about a pizza (thats why I loved the pizzas so much in Napoli). In terms of toppings, I am a bit boring, because I like the traditional toppings. I dont want pineapple, broccoli, soysauce, ketchup and other things like that on my pizza. But luckily people are different and everyone can choose what they want. Thanks a lot for the fantastic quality of your video and your very open, friendly, positive, respectful and tolerant personality. Its always a pleasure to watch your videos.
Also Mark while This Pizza A Pizza Absolutely Elite it is quite evident that they do not fry the bottom of the pizza first - try frying the pizza in light chili oil - then flip and fry the other side - flip back again then add the Mozzarella and Sauce -the pizza will be more like a flavorful crispy thin bread than like a cracker

Dear Mr. Mark, I am from North Italy and unfortunately I've never been for eating pizzas there in Rome. The problem is that, whatever you eat, while watching your bit, your face and descriptions, my mouth is always watering . That kind of very light pizza (beside ingredients you choose) looks unbelievable. Probably only there in Rome. Happy You enjoyed your food experience in Italy, hope many people will watch your videos
Every region of Italy has its own specialty and they are all amazing. For me personally, the food gets better the further south you go but I love some norther dishes like risotto and oso buco.
Never been there, because it's on the opposite side of the city for me. Looks pretty interesting though, not many pizzerias are doing real Roman style pizza anymore.😢

So? broccoli is a vegetable just like peppers or zucchini and they match perfectly well on pizza. Pineapple is a fruit and putting it on a pizza is a crime against humanity.

they should have par baked it for 1 minute...then added the tomato sauce...put it back in for another minute or so.... this would have maintained a crackling crust

Hot take or not, I don't care: Roman style pizza > Napoli style pizza! Sure, Neapolitan pizza is the ORIGINAL pizza but it doesn't mean it's "better". In fact, I think it's chewy and overall a bit bland. But my favorite by far the slightly thicker and crispy style, which in Rome is sold like "pizza al taglio" - individual slices you buy for on the go. You top that with Italian sausage and burrata, and it's game over for classic pizza! :D
Mark's famous food reactions are well known, but sometimes, especially with simple dishes like pizza, there's no need to go overboard with detailed descriptions that feel forced. Just enjoy it quietly, man!
Wow! The thinness and crispiness of the crust is what I love. Wish I was there to sample all those pizzas
I’m so jelly of you guys because those pizzas look so delicious.
This looks sooooo good!
Love the fact of the thin..super thin crust...I'd be hooked!!!
I am here eating my breakfast and watching this with a bowl of cheerios in hand wishing i had that pizza instead!

So Roman Pizza is just Naan with pizza toppings. Great. Looks delicious 🤤
Or maybe naan is a Roman pizza without the toppings?
@@caramia4789 Can be possible but I highly doubt that. Making breads in tandoor or oven has a very long history and is common in various cultures.
@@vaibhavchelsea8 If it's longer than 2800 years then it's a naan with toppings :)
