try the feature of slowing the UA-cam video speed from "normal/1x" to 0.something that will work better for you, that could help. Idk if she's Tswana but I've heard people over the years saying Tswana people speak too fast.

When I started my service business, I made profit but never had money, only to realise al my money goes to operational behind the scenes expenses. Now I charge all monthly expenses on average divided into avaraga working days. Makes me a little more expensive, BUT my competitors are mostly broke/poor and I decided that, I will not be like them, If I can't have what I deserve in life, I'll rather go back to my day job. Business going for 5 years now. With pricing changes I lost many clients, but also gained a lot of new ones
