Thank you man! I was super worried my secretlabs monitor arm wasnt gonna fit because the asus monitor is circular but it hides the square screw holes well 🤣.

HI, i have got that monitor and a stand for 2 monitors but i dont got an vesa arm but i need the spacer so is it compatible with any stand and do i get all i need to place it on the mount with the vesa spacer?
It's compatible with VESA 75 and VESA 100 mounting standards, and yes, you do receive all required hardware to mount it :)

Where did you get the square black vesa adapter? I thought this came with the monitor when I purchased it but it didn’t and I can’t fit the vesa plate into that area.

Hey I noticed the spacer can you still vesa mount the monitor without the spacer and also I am having a hard time getting ring off after getting the pull tab off... any tips?!
You'll just have to use little bit more elbow grease in order to remove the ring off
I got it off with help from a friend. But I hate the design doesn't naturally allow you to mount the vesa mount unless you use longer screws and a spacer or a lot of washers... sigh oh well at least my ultrawide monitor was easy to do had a button to pop the stand off and then yeah... easy fit. Some people had to grind off the corners in order to fit the mount and why would you do that... sigh@@creat3dlab12

Do you need the spacer between monitor and arm or you can install it without it?
You dont need a spacer, you install it directly as it is shown in the video.

These are M4 bolts, you get them together with the adapter :)

Hey, i think it should also work with that model, PG259QN. Unfortunately we do not have that monitor in order to verify it for sure, but what I can see from the pictures found on the Internet, I'm 99% sure it'll fit.

If your VESA mounting plate does not fit into the recessed hole in the backside of the monitor, then yes, you would need it.

It depends on the VESA plate you received with your monitor arm, if it fits into recessed hole on the monitor, than no. If it doesn't, than yes :)

Yeah, sometimes Samsung uses blue and sometimes red threadlocker, which is harder to remove.

Good question! There are some VESA plates which do not fit into the recessed hole on the backside of the monitor, that’s why you would need an adapter.
People in the comments, I'm always blown away at the stupidity of buying an adaptor, use your brain go to a hardware store and spend $2 on spacers. Why would you ever want to WAIT for a solution and pay a higher price, there are endless videos doing this and it makes no sense to me.
