I have a parital parapalegia since 2018, was in a wheelchair for 1.5 years and have done the ketogenic diet since about february. Definately I can walk better because the nerves in my legs function better (atm I can walk with a cane) and at this point I coulnt go back. Also I can absorb the supplements I take much better

Eating carbs, especially processed shit from restaurants or junk snacks & chips.. makes you feel like shit, very sluggish, and unmotivated.
I'll definitely try keto! With extra protein consumption as I don't even get my recommended daily value of it.

I’ve never ever commented on a video before but I need it to be understood by everyone who reads this that thinking does not demand significant energy. It is not true that chess players can burn 6000 calories by just playing chess. Thats just not how it works at all.
The study was about chess players in a tournament meaning they’re playing multiple matches for a long period of time which is what he left out, its just not 6000 calories from one chess match

I've been on the fence about going full keto, but after seeing this, I'm gonna do it for a month and see what's up. I did it before almost a decade ago, combined with intermittent fasting, and don't remember the experience. What I do remember is that I slept less...and I don't think it had any adverse impact on me.
That first half month may be difficult. But you can do it

This is exactly why I wanted to do the keto diet due to the flexibility it offers (both in business and otherwise) and if you wanted, could honestly easily due a 24-96 hour fast to increase autophagy (+productivity), which supposedly only needs to be stimulated every week. Biologically speaking, I've heard something, think it may have been out of a particular physician's manual (worth it to pick up a used one, imo), that it takes a minimum of 96 hours to break down actual muscle tissue, regardless of any other factors at play, so something to consider, (considering) BCAAS, Glutamine, etc. etc., could be useful to try to decipher a manual at a very basic level, if ever to understand basic function of organ systems. It's nice to know that my bro Brandon sharin' the same viewpoints on this. Keep it up.
