    1. Lean body mass times 10 to calculate the calories.

    3. Drink 4 gallons of water but get much more salt so that you dont get mineral deficiencie
    4. Take supplements do decrease water retention such as grean tea extracts but get those who has 90%.
    5. Night and same morning before the event fill up a bath with as hot water as you possible can take and poor in absinth salt.

    Yooo 4 gallons is crazy lol. These were great tips. Im having a lot of success from Keto, and noticed how much less water my body is holding. My appetite is also super suppressed

    No homo, but you're face is glowing like your full of life and healthy. Usually when someone is as lean as you, they start to look a bit sick/malnourished/gaunt and loose that healthy glow, which seems as though you have defied my understanding of human physiology. I'm tempted now to try this keto diet out, however i'm an ectomorph who usually gets lean easy and am concerned of glycogen depleation, as glucose is converted to muscle glycogen which helps with muscular contraction which helps with both a pump as well as strength and muscle gains. So perhaps you can maintain as you lean out on a ketogenic diet, but can you bulk on a ketogenic diet?

    Thanks man. I'm 55 years old. I found out my body fat is 19.4, I will try the keto diet. My goal is 15 by July.

    Love all those tips. I guess you could use this for doing a mini cut also, when the lean bulking gets a little out of control. Giving up the carbs might be hard for me because I notice I look flatter with no vascularity with the absence of carbs. One thing that's really bumped up fat burning a notch for me is doing Lyle MacDonald's Fat loss Protocol 2.0.
    1. Warm up properly.
    2. Do 5 rounds of HIIT with all out intensity for 15 seconds vs 45 seconds of rest. I prefer a spin bike with the intensity knob turned up, or hill sprints.
    3. rest for 5 minutes.
    4. Do 20 to 30 minutes of low/moderate intensity steady cardio.
    The basic idea is the mobilization of fatty acids into the blood stream with the HIIT. Then burning the fat with the LISS. The few cycles of that protocol I've done, with all other things being equal, I've noticed major fat loss from my midsection -- even the stubborn blobs on my lower back which are usually there when I'm ripped everywhere else.

    Keyword: time. " if I had more time",,,,this is what regular people say legitimatley all the time, when you work 12 to 15 hours a day, there's not a lot of time for hard cardio.

      Alkaline water is a farce. So are alkaline foods. Your stomach acid is so powerful it neutralizes everything when breaking it down. All baloney. Just take some micro nutrients... You're only flushing for a few days targeting a specific date. You only water flush the last few days.

      I used to do that but I stopped cuz not eating and working out in morning wrecked my adrenal glands (high cortisol) and I couldn't get full 8+ sleep and started using my muscles for fuel rather than fat
