It will also assist with your general out look and motivation. Now I’m doing 2 work outs a day 180 push ups 500 sit ups, jump rope and 2 mile run to end it then I do it again at night. I haven’t raised my push ups as much as my sit ups because I already have a big chest I just want a 6 pack.

Now I’m doing 2 work outs a day 180 push ups 500 sit ups, jump rope and 2 mile run to end it then I do it again at night. Then about a year or two later I found andrew tate and he really kicked shit into overdrive. I’m the best version of myself that could possibly exist at this point in time. He really did change my life and has helped so much. Both these gentleman have completely changed my attitude and life.

I cant believe how much this helped me, I dont agree with every single word Andrew says, but in general he is right.
When you suffer and you are in pain because of a woman, you realize there is a different path you can take, there is always a different path you can take, you just have to be Strong, and thats what he says, be Strong, and you will realize how powerful you can become.
This man needs to be protected at all costs. I've been listening to him for a while now and it's refreshing to see that someone saw the gaps in stories the way I did. That someone saw everything as bullshit and truly believed that he needed fight against everything he was taught by the system to achieve the success he has. We need to bring this mentality back!

I was 16 and i had a rope around my neck it was 3 in the morning, i lived 4 years away from my family in a hostel and it wasn't the problem but, the people around me, who got me in that situation. I was crying while holding that rope around my neck And..

But after listening to their podcast and their ideologies, I can confidently say that these guys have given me the motivation and discipline to keep going. I started listening to them at a low point in my life.
