I also would have never taken out the original flooring that quality was better than the engineered ones. It would have suited the style of the house better it only needed sanding and refinishing.
When Nate and Jeremiah plan the design and execution of a new project, they are so determined to do it thoughtfully and caring. All consideration goes into how the homeowner will live in their new and improved design. I love the channell and I am watching the full episodes.
No matter where I am, if I have a minute to myself, I do this. I used to be an artist's model. That's how I passed the time... Still do. I'm a jewelry designer now, but I still redesign every place in my head.
Які чудові обличчя та очі у дизайнерів, і такий же живий та теплий інтер'єр вони створили(ukr). (What wonderful faces and eyes the designers have, and they created the same lively and warm interior
Jeremiah! I do same to fall asleep! Love this couple so much. Beautiful ❤. Lovely mother and awesome son…facilitating the American Dream is…a dream. Love you guys so much. All the best! ❤
What is the American dream today? Mass shootings, bigoted politicians, segregated communities? And the "let's give a Thai retired postal worker a pseudo Parisian decor" is quite a head-scratching concept.
I love that they are happy with it, most important. As a viewer and outsider, a beautiful home with amazing floors that was turned into what every remodeled house looks like today. It feels that the home was stripped of personality for once again white cream everything.
I'm at the point where mention that the house is 100 years old and may have had renovations not in keeping with the architecture of the home. Thing is, what you are doing is very much not in keeping with the architecture of the home. After all, the original kitchen served families for a century, having been redone several times. Seeing the end result I am wondering why that round table in the living room. It makes no sense as it appears to be a dining table, but is within sight of two other dining areas.
Oh I agree. One of the benefits of hardwoods is their ability to be sanded down and re finished. Why tear out perfectly good floors unless they were so thin they could no longer be sanded. Doesn’t look as if that was the case here. Wasteful and not thoughtful at all.
look at the architecture in here 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 what architecture? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 parisian….. in order to create ‘parisian chique’ one would have to travel to paris and see it first hand. this is some mock tudor style ‘parisian chique’ that leaves a lot to be desired. there’s not an inch of french flair in those rooms. not a single one!
Such an elegant home! The mother deserves nothing but the best.
Jeremiah looks at Nate with total love in his eyes. ❤
Same with Nate
OMG this is absolutely beautiful - a dream home!!! Mom and son so deserve this! Congrats
Stunning! Now that, is the American dream! Work hard, save! What a wonderful woman
I love Nate and Jeremiah. They are so kind, (obviously) talented, and fun to watch.
I also would have never taken out the original flooring that quality was better than the engineered ones. It would have suited the style of the house better it only needed sanding and refinishing.
Nate sharing the meaning of her stamp collection and honoring it? Lovely.
I love how you respect whatever amout money your clients have and u make it work! Blessings to you and your family always!
This is nothing short of hard work and love. A beautiful home.

All her sacrifices for those she loves and now the one she loved and protected is now giving her the life she deserves!!! Enjoy your retirement! ❤
Jeremiah, I do the same thing - when I can't sleep, I redesign my apartment, and I imagine my dream home from top to bottom, inside and out.
OMG!! I thought I was the only one that did that! LOL
ikr!! i do the same and i was looking for a comment that said this....😅

I also plan out the garden too, sometimes they get so big I have to annex the imaginary field in back!
Such a beautiful couple creating dreams together for nice people ❤😊
I love what they did with this space, and that they made it special for a very special woman!
Lovely episode. I'd love to see the whole thing.
Stunning. Excellent use of space. Antique doors at entrance beautiful. Nate is looking very sharp in white pants.
Just amazing!
Beautiful kitchen and dining, love it.
What a lovely family❤
This so beautiful and you all are Great Parents.
Stunning! Love your design and inspiration!! Thank you 😊
Something about the humble immigrant mothers. My mother like her. Love them. They are the most strongest
Love the kitchen
Beautiful! I have binge watched today 🤤 and l adore the individual style y'all bring to each space!
It’s beautiful but I feel that round table in the living room is unnecessary.
My fav part was the new kitchen dining area .
ALL YOU BOTH DO IS WONDERFUL, I LOVE!
I really love this design and aesthetic, However I would have gone with a herringbone layout for the floors. In keeping with the Parisian feel>. XOXO
Adorable son
That kitchen is Gorgeous!
A true American dream
Congratulations 🎊 👏
Beautiful.

Looked elegant but what about adding some Thai culture instead of Paris?
It is a fantastic Job you did here. So bright but at the same time so comfortable. Elegant but at the same time simple. . I love it!!!
What a great home❤What a beautiful design❤What a lovely family❤
Please break into my house and redecorate it!
Jeremiah! I do same to fall asleep!
Love this couple so much. Beautiful ❤.
Lovely mother and awesome son…facilitating the American Dream is…a dream. Love you guys so much. All the best! ❤
Fabulosa transformação. Parabéns! 👏👏👏
You both are the best designers, ❤❤❤
I love you❤, your so kind.
I love what you guys do as well 😉
6:59 Nothing says Paris like a Murano vase 🙄
For sure. They must think we're all stupid.

Cute Couple ...Great Designers
Great job!!
One disappointment was you guys did not show her response to 30 year’s worth of stamp collecting
Stunning! I loved the old floors but the new is also stunning💙
amazing taste
Oh my, so elegant. I would of liked to see some references to her own culture.
So pretty 😍

if my partner doesn't look at me the way Jeremiah looks at Nate when he's talking about his Dad I don't want it
More time on reveal, less drama about stamps
I love you both, Nate & Jeremiah! I wish I could have you over to give me ideas for our new home (I have zero design talent!).
Do you give a discount for being on the show?
that original floor just needed an excellent re-polish, instead of those cheap floorboards, if you really about to keep the house's original character
The kitchen looked lovely but the living room was just too white. Joanna Gaines is so good at designing the traditional and elegant room.
$90,000 for that ? not really good value for money
How come every designer on youtube uses white or cream paint, show us some color.
Let me guess...geige minimalistic design.
Ok crying over the stamp moments
Shame on you guys! Those floors (which were gorgeous) could've been saved with some sanding, matched up in the kitchen and, refinished...just saying
most often those parquet floors cannot be saved/cost more to rehab. why shame someone in any case?
Oh I agree. One of the benefits of hardwoods is their ability to be sanded down and re finished. Why tear out perfectly good floors unless they were so thin they could no longer be sanded. Doesn’t look as if that was the case here. Wasteful and not thoughtful at all.
Ummm the owner wanted to remove the flooring
Mom wanted new floors. Nate and Jeremiah were working for their client...Mom. No shame in that.
Not everybody would want to live or retain an old architecture house. They’d like changes as per functionality. No shame in that.
Quisiera ganar el loto para que renueven mi casa, los sueños se cumplen I love you gays
The US pronunciation of "foyer" always throws me.
