Wombs in waiting! I had my first IVF cycle and it did not work. My IVF actually failed because i ovulated on the day of transfer. I keep trusting God. I also kept all my injections and remaining medication. Pumla you are a hero infact, i teared up when you said you were an egg donor.

I am humbled hearing Patricia's journey with infertility. The bit about the insensitive doctor touched me the most. I was also encouraged by the two good doctors (the friend and old doctor in Nairobi) who restored hope as they engaged with Patricia. Your persistence and hope my God, we all have to learn from it.

We're still trying to get a guy's perspective. Unfortunately, they are not as open as their journey. Actually even women aren't but here amd there we get a few. With men - near impossible. But we're still hopeful. P

PK, be aware there is a stirring (kukoroga) This is a spiritual 'kukoroga', it happens deep within one's heart/mind not the reproductive organ. The Holy Spirit has started you on some journey. You are a special mom and you have special children. Be sober as Mary, mother of God was. “But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart.” Luke 2:19.

Hello Rachel... kindly get in touch if u see this msg ...I wud wish to throw more light on infertility and how it's e leading depression cause among young women who have resorted to herbal self medication...and also we talk about e men how they are affected mentally then we tackle the solutions....being in marriage society has over strained e women as opposed to men who only face pressure from inner family...

PK, even a woman with no 'pressure' from in-laws (probably they are not living) even the most loved woman in the world would feel the emptiness/ brokenness; that longing for a child is deep and real. Men suffer too, especially, if the beloved wife is not happy. Couples should be prepared before marriage, that in case the expectations are not met in the marriage, they stay committed to one another. Choosing marriage, is choosing a lifetime school, we enter it with our ignorance but our minds are being renewed everyday when we explore and discover 'things'/secrets within the cleaving of the two (marriage) Couples, be of good courage, learning together and staying together keep you stronger

Yes I made it to fu term but only because I was on bed rest the entire pregnancy.
The twins will be 5yrs old in a few months
