These kind of conversations should be had. Women are out there in pain and scared. They do not know who to talk to.
Women have PCO from as young as 16 years old. Painful period pains is abnormal but most women think it's just period pain. Ladies please if your experiencing very painful period pains, please go and have your self checked. Also pap smear tests are supposed to be done every three years for those women who are sexually active. I'm passionate about reproductive health because I've been there.
