I am in love with how creepy and alien Kyurem looks. He really feels like the nightmarish folklore creature the people of Lacunosa Town told about that you'd have wished for your own sake to never encounter in person.
@Terapagos3000 Think about it first. His body structure is literally out of this world. From head to tail (which looks so deformed), he's unnaturally curved and slim, and even while being a quadruped he still manages to stand as tall as Reshiram and Zekrom sprite-wise. If that wasn't enough, rather than being encased in ice his wings are already spread out and look MUCH creepier than the final product, being much longer and slimmer, completely leaned backwards aside for their end (which suddenly snaps forward) and, perhaps worst of all, completely stationary. They aren't just blending in with the impossibility of his body, they are _weapons._ On top of that there's his eyes. Rather than having a fiery or angry look, he just...stares, emotionlessly, as if he was a full-on animal. If it wasn't for the gem in the chest one could be pretty swift to classify him more an actual alien than a Legendary Dragon. I really love the way Kyurem looks now, but this one is just flat out horrifying by comparison.
@@tomatogenesis No, not really. The beta one looks like it's less hurt, because it's not. Finalized Kyurem looks much angrier and more monstruous. @Terapagos3000 But it's exactly because he looks extremely out of the ordinary that he should be scary, he's clearly meant to feel more like the alien that crawled out of the meteorite to terrorize Lacunosa Town than a full-on Legendary Dragon. As far as we know he might not even have always had the whole empty shell thing going on, that much he differs from the final design.
