@@TheKurtlocker I didn’t really have anything to compare it to in training so I just tried to make due with a what i had at home. At home the most I had ever pulled off the floor and locked out was 450. I pulled a PR on show day at 510 so feel like in that day I might have had another jump or two in me. I think I took my other attempts too early because I was too nervous. I like the bar overall. I would like to own one in the future
@@TheKurtlocker maybe we could set up a group order to get delivered to HGC 2025 and everyone can rent an extra long vehicle or trailer to bring the bar back home!
Sounds cool, seems like a 28.5mm version of the Arsenal Mammoth bar, which was probably the first in the market to try and emulate the Elephant Bar, but it was 29mm, and was a super fun bar to play with. Great review!
@@TheKurtlocker I owned the Mammoth for a hot minute, got it from a guy moving to Alaska for a price I couldn’t refuse 😂, but it was such a boat I ended up selling it to a local strongman gym after I was done playing with it.
Fantastic video! The knurling looks to be the same as the Cerberus squat bar I’ve got. On the 32mm shaft, the knurling is definitely very sharp. I can’t imagine ever using a 10’ bar or where to keep the thing. But if I ever do, this will be the one to get. 😂
The review I've been waiting for. It's on my wishlist. Though, I dont think it has cracked my top 10 yet. Absolutely no idea where I'd store it. My gunrack can only accommodate up to a 9-foot bar.
Remove soundtracks entirely. There is no need to change how you post your great reviews, and I prefer listening to you and your views. The only background sounds worth hearing is the equipment being demonstrated and used.
Great review. Slick double camera set up too
heck of a bar and solid review bro!
Thanks man! Means a lot
Showed up for the thumbnail by the way it was cool getting to pull on that bar in the strongman throwdown at Home Gym Con
It was cool to see everyone use it. What are you thoughts after using it

@carps_gym I wish Cerberus had a local pickup option

@fwiffo42 that’s not a bad idea

Thank you! I’ve actually pulled on the mammoth but when Arsenal shut down took the notes out of my review

It’s awesome to think of how equipment can get around and impact so many of us
One of your best videos, Kurt!
Dang! Thank you!

She’s a beaut to pull on! Thanks for watching

I can only store mine in two spots on my clear wall as configured now. It’s one I’ve wanted since first seeing the elephant bar DL
I literally don't know if I could even lift this bar and my ceilings wouldn't be happy with me
you could lift it but the ceilings may require a pro
Please put some Madewell sleeve extenders on this and do something crazy 😂
How that hasn’t been a thing already makes me disappointed in me
Great break down. I can’t fit this bar in my gym. 😂 I knew I wasn’t meant to be a strongman competitor.
No rob. You were BORN to be a strongman competitor
Do I see a Kabuki saddle with some of their prototype handles??
You see a squat saddle but no prototype handles
That is an awesome bar. But 10’ 🤯.
I would have to take out all my storage to fit that giant in my garage. Haha
lol. Worth it?! Only one way to find out
the loadable sleeves are insane lol
They definitely are deep dish or bumper plate ready
Came for the review, stayed for the powerlifting dig haha
Couldn’t help it! Lol.
And with my max the bar would never bend 😅
Come work with me. We shall make you strong
@@TheKurtlocker if you still only lived an hour and a half away, sure 🤣
@Eccles_basement_gym totally get it. It does bend with just 45s on it though
@@TheKurtlocker as I was saying 🙄🤣
I know I'm a sicko, but I want to have a bouncy ol' squat with this thing lmao.
Do it!!!
Always like your insight and equipment reviews, but your video editor ruined this video with the annoying unnecessary background soundtrack.
i appreciate the feedback. the background music is an experimental thing now. are you suggesting removal altogether or reduce the volume?

@denniswong4473 Roger that. I truly appreciate the feedback
