      You've convinced me to finally try the pen pressure feature for my line art. I always was afraid it would ruin it with the inevitable size variations, but your drawing looks great so I'll try it out. Thanks!

    For me, with blurring the line art, I've fallen in love with duplicating my line layer and then setting it to multiply, then add Gaussian blur. Like 1-2%
    Then I'll tweak the opacity of the lines and blurred lines depending on how I want it

      Oh yeah. I tried CSP because I thought the workspace looked really nice in speedpaints. When I tried the free trial I was so scared of all of the options and such. My old programs were very basic.
      Once I learned my way around (like 10 minutes later), I said screw it and bought the one-time purchase. About two months later I bought the one time for EX as well. I will never turn back. The best art program I've ever seen and used.

    I love that "Before and... AFTER!" lol, I thought there's some kind of magic happening. But yes, that was the part I've been struggling - to which area should I make thick and thin lines, since I'm just making the lineart using the mouse, so some of this will be kinda difficult to be done for me, specially since my mouse gets shaky some time. Also there's this strange cut at the one part of your video, I just don't know when, but it's near the end.
    Anyway, thanks for this tips, it is really helpful for me. :)

    • @Shyfoxx
      @Shyfoxx  2 роки тому

      Yeah the the strange cut was accidental. I just say 'pen' at that part.
      Mouse art is really hard to do because it takes so much longer. Have you considered getting a basic tablet? I feel like for most people there really isn't any reason not to buy a cheap one if you are serious enough to be watching tutorials. Because any tablet would be 100x better than a mouse. But maybe that's just my opinion!

    • @LufianCloud
      @LufianCloud 2 роки тому +1

      @@Shyfoxx no your right, I'm saving up to buy a cheap tablet. I'm even considering the optical pen because it's much much cheaper, but since it's not good for a lefty like me, it looks like I can't use it. So I'm back at my plan on having tablet. :)
