Cathartic black metal outfit GAEREA has partnered with Gimme TV to air their first ever virtual concert on Saturday, February 13 @ 3:00 P.M. EST // 21:00 CET! In addition to performing their sophomore record 'Limbo' in full for the first time ever, the band will also be selling exclusive merch and will be present for a live Q&A in the chat.

The production on this is incredible. I wish more black metal bands had this kind of production
Xenoflux as much as I agree that the production is outstanding and serving this album really well especially with that tasty bass tone,
Thinking that bm albums should have polished sound is MISSING out on what bm truly is.
99% of music is over compressed to suit the hear of the biggest amount of people
This isn’t the philosophy of bm, this isn’t a music that wants to be liked.
You have to learn to find the beauty inside of an absolute mess, as farfetched as it may sounds.

It's produced by Demigod Recordings, they normally do tech death and slam/bdm production. Honestly everything they work on sounds phenomenal.
@@erradate6425 I get your point,but honestly,if every BM album must sound like it was recorded with"toaster",that itself,is"just"doing things the same way,over and over again. BM used to be about breaking the rules and do things in"new"ways.

Sometimes, when you hear an album -or an extended release, there may be a track or two where you might think 'yeah its alright..' but with this album, not one weak tune amongst the lot. I must say, I stumbled across this channel - and group totally by chance.
This is a definate purchase for me!, and Season of Mist you have a new subscriber. Excellent stuff alround.

2nd time listening through. The whole ending of Mare is phenomenal. 47:07 onward. The whole song is amazing really. Well, whole album is!

This is an incredibly clever video idea. The most watched black metal videos on UA-cam consist of some dude playing vinyls while the camera records. Those viewers are most likely going to tune into this video instead of the guy stealing viewers for the same appeal xD

Wow. Some good songs here, with great production. In particular the last song and ending soaring guitar riffs and melodies are something to truly behold. Truly emotive. I preordered based on what I heard on the last song.

I don't see what the big deal is about them just sitting there listening to the album... this is what 90% of a crowd looks like at a DM/BM show in L.A. Sitting/standing there, arms crossed, not moving, looking unimpressed, listening, judging, critiquing, reassuring themselves that they're in a better band, then telling you how sick the band was after the show .
