Xenoflux as much as I agree that the production is outstanding and serving this album really well especially with that tasty bass tone, Thinking that bm albums should have polished sound is MISSING out on what bm truly is. 99% of music is over compressed to suit the hear of the biggest amount of people This isn’t the philosophy of bm, this isn’t a music that wants to be liked. You have to learn to find the beauty inside of an absolute mess, as farfetched as it may sounds. :)

I don't see what the big deal is about them just sitting there listening to the album... this is what 90% of a crowd looks like at a DM/BM show in L.A. Sitting/standing there, arms crossed, not moving, looking unimpressed, listening, judging, critiquing, reassuring themselves that they're in a better band, then telling you how sick the band was after the show .
glare is a brilliant song! 17:55 the scariest,most hateful guitars, insane eargasmic drumming. once the song ends, it does beautifully; your brain is saturated.
Sometimes, when you hear an album -or an extended release, there may be a track or two where you might think 'yeah its alright..' but with this album, not one weak tune amongst the lot. I must say, I stumbled across this channel - and group totally by chance. This is a definate purchase for me!, and Season of Mist you have a new subscriber. Excellent stuff alround. And how did they all sit/stand for all that time, and not one of them scratched his balls! Not once!!

It was truly a dark, melancholic journey in my mind, and i love the whole creation. If this wont be the album of the year, i will be more disappointed in the human race then ever. First this sitting-still stream stunt merely caught my attention. After the album really grew on me and still continues to, this becomes ever more impressive. To think: that the creators of this music, more in tune with it than anyone else, could pull this off as it becomes ever more difficult for the rest of us to sit still for it.
Wow. Some good songs here, with great production. In particular the last song and ending soaring guitar riffs and melodies are something to truly behold. Truly emotive. I preordered based on what I heard on the last song.

It's produced by Demigod Recordings, they normally do tech death and slam/bdm production. Honestly everything they work on sounds phenomenal.
