Hi! I just purchased your spreadsheets and am starting to plan a build on a truck just like this one. 16 foot step van, was linen delivery so it’s an empty box. I’m on a super super tight budget as I don’t have a funding source and am planning a mobile bakery/dessert truck. Id like to use all electric equipment including half size countertop convection oven which doesn’t require hood. I plan to do most of my prep and baking in the truck parked at my home and plug in / shore power. Id like to have a propane tank to fuel a generator for when I’m on the road, at events where I can’t hook up to shore power. Does this setup sound reasonable to you?

I have one question, I have trailer tray attached to my trailer just how you have it. I put the generator up on top of it like you. BUT, the only thing that bugs me is when it is on, it vibrates my whole trailer. It is very annoying when operating my business. Any recommendations on how to stop the vibrations or lessen the vibrations? Maybe, I need a different generator? I don't think its the generator, I think it's just a vibration issue. I need help!
Good question. Yes some Generators definitely wiggle and vibrate more than others. Mine particularly yes it vibrates but very minimal.
