Back bends are so challenging! I cried a little during this practice. Makes me miss dancing so much! We always practiced back bends in the studio 💕 🤸🏿♀️ 💃🏿 🧘🏿♀️

Thanks for the videos.. I have a question.when you do the rear leg lifts at about 7 minutes. Are you facing the sole’s of the feet up towards the ceiling while extending back and up or are you externally rotating the thigh and leg and foot back and up ?

Try not to externally rotate :)
