Alejandra Kalifa Sorry for the late reply---as long as your body is used to this type of exercise, you can do most things in your first trimester, and second and third as long as you're watching your heart rate (130 or below) and not doing anything flat on your back. The most important thing is to go by your doctors instructions :)
I have a love hate relationship with this workout! It's amazing and my entire body feels like jello for days! Is it okay to do this workout daily or should i switch it up with some of your other trx videos?
Kathryn Kearns Yes! They absolutely work your back! Because of the suspension, your core and back are working the whole time to stabilize, plus we do more isolated back work like the rows. :)
Hey, I love your workout. I started with a TRX course 6 weeks ago and I am thinking about getting TRX for my home use as well. However may I ask about the TRX position? All your exercises standing up, seemed to be in the middle position. Is that right, non of your exercises have been in the shortest TRX position? I would love a short note at the beginning, of what position you use, so I know I am doing it right. Thank you so much for your effort!!!!
jintianwobuaini Yes, because of the height of my ceiling/anchor, I do most of the exercises from the mid position, and just adjust as needed for the mat. But you're right, I should mention the different positions more in the video, as everyone's TRX might be different depending on where they have it anchored. Thanks for the note! Also, with the standing exercises, the best way to know if you're in the right position is just to make sure your straps stay tight with no slack--you can more forward or back as needed too, instead of adjusting the straps every time. Thanks so much!
hi! I really like this TRX work out which is obviously high intensity but I dont see how that can be a HIIT training due to many facts (for example that is not interval). Anyway, I believe is a terrific strenght work out but I wouldnt include it as a HIIT

amy, dont know if you are still reading this, but I have a question. Sadly I've become woefully out of shape and am struggling to get back into shape. 20 years ago I could do ten chin ups. But now I can't do one... and by that I lead into I cant maintain the plank position for more than a few seconds. I'm very embarrassed by that, but do you have some alternate exercises for the plank part of this, until my endurance and strength gets developed enough to be able to do the second portion?
***** Good job getting back into shape! You'll get there! During the planks, you can always take your feet out of the straps and do a regular plank, with your toes on the ground. Or, if that's still too much (which is totally fine if you're new to this!), you can start with the plank on your knees and work your way up to toes, and eventually straps. Hope this helps!
Resistance tubes aren't as strong or heavy as the TRX so it wouldn't be safe to use the tubes for this workout. They are a great tool, tough, and I have a few workouts for them as well! ua-cam.com/video/NUlj9ADUnSs/v-deo.html
Thanks for the funny and weird replies ladies but Diego has raised a legitimate question. Men tend to have different workout goals, as you may have noticed if you observe both genders in the gym. If someone could please answer this question in a meaningful, positive and helpful way: will this workout promote muscle growth in a way that males would typically relate to ?

Understand that when vague questions like Diego's are presented under workout videos of women, it comes across as if the exercises might be too easy for a man to attempt. It's friggin exercise! Yes...anyone can do it and it doesn't require you to have a vagina.
Started with this with 135 kgs. After a month doing this exercises daily, eating Heathy, recording all in MyFitnessPal and Strava, 120kg reached!!

Week 2. Fact: this workout goes faster if you're listening to Hamilton at the same time. (Only makes it slightly easier. :)
Week 3. Went pretty strong until it was time for high plank. Then started tapping out every other set. :/

These exercises are also for mens or only for womens?
Only women can do this because you need vaginal muscles to get into the trx straps safely. Men with a strong rectum can also do it.
