Dearest Amy, all the way from Argentina i'd been doing your trx videos for like an year and a half now, I'm always destroyed when I finish the workouts, they changed my body and if someday you disappear from youtube I'm gonna have a huge identity crisis. Don't let it happen, please
So many new moves for me using one strap and definitely a challenge! I couldn't believe the difference in how the same moves I've done before were so much harder with just one strap. I need to come back to this one just to see if I improve! 😘

FABULOUS workout, Amy!! I'm telling you--You and my (homemade) TRX straps have changed my life! The one arm moves are very challenging and I'm taking them slowly--feel totally weak working just one arm! But LOVE the one strap moves down on the mat! My core is stronger than ever before, Thanks to You!! Thanks for posting another AWESOME work-out!! XOXO

Hello. I have started doing this workout and I like it a lot. My question is should i train everyday? I also like the 30 minute trx workout video but I haven't tried it yet.
