My car is from Canada, I bought it in the states . The last person who had the car set up the uvo and it never got undone. I called the number on the screen and they told me sense the car is in the states the uvo will not work . I still have to go to the dealership and complain but they don’t seem to care anyways:(
@@aconte1337 On my 2023 Sportage, I got the invalid VIN number because as it turns out the person that own the car before me signed up for the KIA connect. I had to send proof that I was the new owner. Still waiting for approval.

I keep getting the message "Please enter a valid VIN" when I'm scanning it. Any ideas how to fix it? I have a Kia Seltos 2022.
