I change my oil on my 2017 forte I bought new every 3k miles I don’t ever go over 4K miles on an oil change. Kia use to use regular oil on the Forte in 2017 but I only used synthetic ever since I bought it before Kia changed the recommended synthetic. I changed my transmission oil at 40k gonna do it again at 4K miles. I don’t joke around with service intervals. She now only has 7 they’ve l drives

I have KIA seltos GCC and this service center selling me until 31k miles package and they said sparkplug, break pads are included Watching your video says it only need to replace sparkplug at 40k miles. Even on my manual it says change only sparkplug at 43k miles or 70k km. The breakpad doesn't need to change also. This kia service center in gcc is ripping-off.

Have Kia issued any guidance on changing the transmission oil on the generation one Niro EVs (like the one in the video)? I've seen oil come out of a new Niro EV transmission black and full of metallic particles after only 250 miles of driving. That's not an isolated event either - plenty of failed transmissions and black oil change videos elsewhere on YT...

Is a great ride. Rented a 2024 for road trip to colo from wy. Lots of room and great features.wide screen dash ' seats move easily' compfortable.plenty of drink holders' smooth ride' on and on i could go. I would rent again.

All is amazing but the kia service is not very good .I am in Michigan I took my car yesterday because my automatic break light start blinking red and auto hold stopped working and also the cruise control is not working Kia did nothing they said come back in 2 weeks with appointment well I need a car I have only one car to drive I spent so much money and with warranty they should look what’s going on and not telling me to make an appointment This is break issue they don’t care if something happen to you I own 2023 kia niro touring 30000 miles

Automobile-based maps no sense in this day and age. Android Auto and whatever the Apple iOS version kill this just like the smartphone killed the stand-alone GPS years ago. Cell phone apps have the ability to pre-download and keep apps up to date, plus with cell data access have traffic info. Zero reason to have paid cell data access for a car; again, a redundant feature I don't need when our cells have this.
