Did you accidentally just broke your SIM tray and now the SIM card is stuck inside and you can't remove it. Some people may suggest you take the phone apart in order for you to access the sim compartment. But the process involves a lot of work and bravery. Not only it is time-consuming but also caused the potential to damage other electronic components inside the phone. This is true when you don't have experience with mobile phone repair. So in this video, you will see that I am using a very simple technique to take out the SIM card in a matter of minutes. Yes, it's very simple. You really only need 1 super glue an old plastic card that you no longer use such as an old loyalty card.

Honestly a lifesaver. The comments were all suspiciously positive, but nothing about the process was sketchy. It worked exactly like you said. I left the retrieval card in for a little longer just to make sure it was stuck on, and it worked perfectly.

Took me 3 tries but I finally got it. The hardest part was waiting 5 minutes for the glue to dry while trying not to freak out about gluing the thing to my phone instead of the sim!

Took me 2 tries but worked on the second! Just need to apply even pressure and give it a solid 2-3 minutes to fully dry. Thank you SO MUCH. This saved me so much trouble. 🙏

This worked perfectly for me. The sim tray broke at a very awkward position and got Stuck in the tray, this method removed it within 3 minutes without any issues at all. As long as you follow all the instructions there is zero issues.

What if the tray AND the card are stuck? I can see the tray is broken and I was able to get my mini SD out but not the SIM card or the tray.

Or you can use doube tape to fix this, i have s7 like this condition, first almost makes me frustrated, but i try using double tape with credit card ( you must cut it first make a shape to fit sim hole ) and is working... Im just sharing ( buy why samsung used plastic, why not metals,even on my s8+ too....) samsung should change it

Um yea...so I just got done blow drying my phone and meticulously taking it apart screw by screw piece by piece, and then painstakingly advanced the sim card by sticking a staple and at times a paperclip, through tiny metal holes up and out the narrow slot. The whole exercise took about an hour, maybe a few minutes less, and scratched the shit out of the card and probably the gold receptors....and then 5 minutes later I find this video. Oh, so you're saying I could have just put a drop of super glue, for which I have several bottles in my possession, onto a shred of an expired gift card, inserted it into the card slot, counted to 120, and then simply pulled it back out and the sim card would magically appear?...hmmm...that probably would have been good to know. So glad I found that out...now. But then I wouldn't be able to cross "disassemble smart phone, damaging it in the process and then realize there was a far easier, less invasive way 5 minutes later" off my bucket list. So...still a winner I guess??
Got the sim card out, but... The broken tray part just won't come out. :/
