      Thankyou so much 🫶🏻 I’ve been reflecting and realising how much time is passing and how much time I’ve lost to this illness it really hits home. My mindset has had a shift and I just want to give it my all and have my life back again, freedom, ability to make decisions again 🙌🏼 I’ve also been thinking about what purpose is this illness serving me? What benefits am I getting from staying stuck? Them questions I’m asking myself everyday in order to make better choices and fight :))

    I think challenging portions could be a good challenge? Ex. Having double. Of everything!!!

      This could be good but I’m not sure if I could physically fit all of it in me only way to know is by trying I guess ;)

      @@Demiproudman yes!!! And remember you NEED it. It's not about wants but NEEDS. You need to be increasing. But ditch the fruits and vegetables. Double other things. And simply add more oils and butters and nuts. Not much more volume but more nutrient dense options!!

    Of course have both!! Not because you need to eat more but because that is NORMAL!!! 😉 and yes because you need it. You need more food. A tinny cup and a bit of ice cream isnt much. So yes 2!! You need more. Tell yourself this. You need more more more. You HAVE to gain. But you also just need to survive. You have lately been eating just to survive!! But that's not the goal. You have to do more and eat more. I will keeo saying it haha 😂. Please keeo going. Add more toppings on oats, granola, chocolate, peanut butter and nuts. Its going to be hard yes. But if its going to be hard do it all now! It will be hell either way. Why put any changes off? No more waiting!!

    Lunch is definitely not too much food... I would say not enough. Dry veggies and not much oil and butter in the pan. I would also say 2 slices of bread. Who has just 1? Regular people have 2 AND sides. Think of s restaurant: 2-3 tossts, bacon, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, panfakes , syrups , butter etc. All together!!! So no. You have not eaten too much. You are not eaten ENOUGH. 😢 I know tou were challenging things roday. But you still need to increase your meals and snacks. Really like double up on everything... If not triple. And remember to make sure that you limit thr veggies and fruit ans have more grains and fats. You need more. Saying this with care. I want to see you truly recover!! But it takes hard work and dedication. You've got to do exactly what you dont want to. Lol 😂.

      Personally no I didn’t (I don’t think) not severe anyway. It’s nothing to ever feel shame around either it’s totally normal if it does happen x

      Thank you for replying. The water retention does have a physiological explanation but try telling that to my head and body dysmorphia!

      I got it VERY badly in my legs and feet. I couldn't wear my shoes anymore lol.
