quick what i eat in a weekend for my plant-based vegan subscribers :) also, i threw in a a brief review of tabitha browns collection at target
tropical sea moss smoothie:
frozen mango
frozen pineapple
frozen strawberry
pineapple sea moss gel
dates
almond milk
veggie curry:
chickpeas
onions
kale
scallion
cherry tomato
coconut milk
mushrooms
veggie pizza:
trader joes kale pesto
vegan parm shreds
sauteed mushrooms onions and kale
garlic powder
dried italian seasoning blend
olive oil brushing (crust)
crabless cakes:
food processed onions, hearts of palm, celery, vegan mayo, jackfruit, yellow bell pepper,
chickpeas
season with cajun seasoning and nori furakake (seaweed)
mix with chickpea flour and use spray oil to line the parchment paper
dressing: veggie sriracha by true made (found at whole foods)
vegan mayo + tabithas vegan aioli ft in the video

Love the video Eb! Keep up the good work. Was that curry chickpeas? Looked so good! Shoot when I finally got around to Target in the ROC there wasn't nothing left of Tabitha Browns food collection, nothing but the nuts, and sauces.

yes curry chickpeas! check the description box for all ingredients used. they cleared tabithas collection lol! shes worth it though, we love our girl tab!
