Girl I feel you. I feel so heavy too! I have to get back on track. I start doing good, losing weight and then I fall back into a slump. Hats off to you doing a cycle class I just can't...LOL them darn seats are to freaking small..😂

👋I going to try and your Kale salad it looks delicious😋 I've notice I also have gain back 15 pds after losing 45 from 1/ 23 - 6/23 but now Jan, Feb, and March 2024 have been very stressful I had to wait 31 days to transfer to my new department at work now 3/25/24 was my first day this new system is challenging I'm learning a whole new system😅 but I'm glad no heavy lifting! We me I have notice I can work out and walk on the treadmill or my local hiking trails all I want and will not lose weight? I have to watch what I eat and it's that time of the month or stress that will bring on bad sugar caving and I swear in a day I will gain 5 pds and it's so hard to get the weight off but so easy to gain it back in days?
You're not alone Toya, I'll be watching what I eat too as we approach summer lol. Very easy to gain, but it can be a challenge to lose. Just stay positive and love yourself no matter what! let me know how you like the kale salad!
