    how we know the horizontal value line is 0.08, I don't know when u calculate them before?

    How do we know the z-scroe for 95 percent?
    I'm confused about how that was done.
    I can find z-score for other numbers but not percent values. Plss help

      We always find probability/percentage with the help of z value as shown in 3rd point but in fourth point we will find z value with the help of given probability/percentage which is 95% and if you will see z value table then you can find value 0.9505 in between the table and which is also equal to 95% and this is the cross value for 1.6 and 0.05 so 1.6+0.05=1.65 which is our z value

      @@studykilehar thank you so much. I got it

    Thank you very much for this beautiful explanation.
    But I need a bit of clarity around the standard deviation of the critical path. Should it be the sq root of the sum total of the variance of the critical path or the sum total of the sq roots of the individual variance of the critical path component?

    • @nathanielebez

      Because I got standard deviation of the critical path to be 6. That is sq rt of 1 + sq rt of 16 + sq rt of 1

      It should be sq root of the sum total of variance of the critical path which is 4.24 and not 6

    where is the 20(schedule time) coming from?

    • @studykilehar
      @studykilehar  Рік тому +1

      Schedule time is calculated from critical time which is 25 and we have to find probability 5 days earlier so schedule time is 5 days less than from critical time means 25-5 = 20

    Why 0.08 is considered from table

    • @studykilehar
      @studykilehar  7 місяців тому +1

      We have z value = -1.18 means 1.1 and 0.08 and this is the method to look into the table that we will take first two numbers to look at left side as 1.1 and then we take next number 0.08 to look upper side on table and in last we got our value 0.1190 means 11.90%

    What if we get value in fraction for time "te "?

    • @studykilehar
      @studykilehar  7 місяців тому

      Te is critical path duration so we get this value in fraction then we can write it in pointwise for example if we got value as 25 and half day then it can be written as 25.50 so the next calculation will be same and there will be no difference

    how do we find the prob of activity 2 being completed in the 6th days?

    • @studykilehar
      @studykilehar  Рік тому

      As per above formula mentioned in column if we calculate value then 3+ 4*6+9 = 36 and divided by 6 = 6 for second activity
