To deprive the Makah of their whaling rights is to needless deprive them of their culture. Their whaling is done in a way that does not harm the whale population in a meaningful way. The opposition to the tribe's hunting is based off of their own disgust as if that reflects any meaningful ecological harm. To those that torment the communal whalers of Neah Bay shame on you.
