Excellent performance of a fantastic song. This takes nothing away from the greatness of the original vocalist, John Waite. It’s nice being able to enjoy this live performance of one of the most tremendous rock songs ever made. Thank you for posting this classic!
I saw and met John Waite on 9-22-05 at Wildwood Springs in Missouri. Let me tell you something he is quite a funny guy and an English gentleman. I kissed him on his forehead that night. He even dedicated The Babies hit song of Every Time I Think Of You in memory of my late husband and said how sorry he was for the loss of your husband. I will never forget that night i kissed him on his forehead.
Back in their heyday, the Babys did their shows (at least a lot of them) without the female vocalists, and this song isn't the same without them. Secondly, this singer doen't blow the high notes like John Waite often did - when he tried. Maybe that was part of John Waites charm - when he hit the note on the ragged edge of his range.
That has got to be the WORST thing I have ever heard!! That old fool "singing" needs to cease and STOP immediately!! OMG... what a train wreck!!! UGH.. ...
This is an excellent version of this song!

It's Holly Bisaha, one of the Babettes. She's the wife of the lead singer John Bisaha, who replaced John Waite.
