Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker Movie Review

I assure you, the body count rises.
Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker is one of those straight to video movies from 2000 based on a Saturday morning cartoon. Specifically, Batman Beyond. The crazy future science fiction take on Batman, set in the year 2039 when Bruce Wayne became too old to be the bat man, so has a new younger, considerably more hot-headed hero to don the batsuit.
In the one movie based on the series (not to be confused with Batman Beyond: The Movie, which was simply the first 2 episodes of the TV series stapled together) the ghosts of old Gotham come up to haunt the batman, as beyond all reason the Joker returns. Hence the title.
