Hello! i was wondering what happened to you and let me tell you this: even planning things that will help you ease anxiety can cause anxiety. The truth is, oftentimes we need to let go of the excessive planning, and i know it's easier said and done with a job, and all the daily schedules you might have, but overthinking something will make you more and more conscious about it and you will end up stressing even more. What helped me was incorporating these healthy habits in my daily life and find things that would feel less like a chore and more like something "i would do anyway". You said you don't like outdoor exercise but trust me, walking on a treadmill inside the house feels way more boring and tiring than taking a walk outside. When i do it, i feel less tired because i get distracted by the surroundings or the music i'm listening to and just like that, time has passed, i got my steps in, i am refreshed and it didn't bother me much! Also, you are in the process of stopping a medication, and that's not easy at all! You can't be too hard on yourself because your body is going through a change and frustration won't help. It will take time and personally i'm not disappointed in you or anything, please don't feel like you have to prove us something. You did SO MUCH in the last few months and it's normal to gain weight and be stressed. Be proud of your achievements, i'm sure as soon as you'll adjust to your new life all the changes you are working towards to will come to you! sending you a big big hug

girl I FEEL YOU !! :(( Im on new antidepressants and currently wearing off the anxiety meds (benzodiazepines) and the changes in my mood swing and EXTREME appetite have been so frustrating... I feel like I cannot stop eating.. it made me gain a lot of weight and no matter what I do, I always think about food and it annoys me so much to the point I break down..

I have some suggestions, you can prepare food prior and save it in your fridge for the next time you dont know what to eat or when you feel tired/lazy (this worked great for a lot of people). Also i think you're craving bread a lot because you dont eat enough carbs, its totally okey to eat bread, you can switch it to whole wheat bread for more nutrition if you like. Its okey to go on your own pace everyone journey is different so you shouldnt rush yourself for other people, i myself also been losing and gaining the same weight for 3years now but i'm still not giving up on my goal and so are you! So keep going you're doing just fine

Hi May! Please don't be discouraged by a slow progress. You already changed some habits (morning walkes, eating more veggies and fruits, doing workouts when possible) and now those new habits only need to become a routine and this sometmes take up to 60 days. If your struggling to do some things a day it's totally okay to drop for the day as long as your coming back to them. Maybe a professional dietitian can help you or (which I think is also important) get help from a friend / friendgroup, your partner oder your family - so they can back you up and cheer on you 🎉 Don't be disappoinment - losing weight can be a hard way and there might be a lot of stones, but your able to do it.
