Great workouts! I've just got some tyres today. When doing work outs what is your recommended reps/time for each exercise? Thank you in advance :)
Thanks! Is usually pick 10 exercises and let beginners do them 30 secs each and experienced participants 45 secs. Depending on their fitness level i'll let them repeat each exercise 2 or 3 times.

go to a local junk yard they have tuns,
tire shops, especially non chain ones will let you take tires they removed from people's cars that they can't reuse.
I just got a bunch for free from a local Kwik fit

what size tires are those
These are regular sized tires that will fit under a normal car. I also use truck tires fot the fittest clients i have, and motorcycle tires for children.
how do you get a used tire clean
You don't. Just use it a couple of times and it will get clean and won't leave smudges behind. I once cleaned a tractor tire with soap and a sponge. That also did the trick.
