I'm building a pizza trailer and you have been a good resource and have enjoyed seeing your progress. It's nice to see one of the last pieces of the puzzle coming together for you. Good luck!
When you get up and running please get a GoPro with head mount to film your services like 3D Eats (Eat In 3-D) does!! Its awesome to watch! Good job on the build.
Hey can you possibly give the dimensions of the red tank. This is also my last step and I want to see where would be the best placement of the unit. Thank you for all the videos! Been following along with your journey, glad to see you pulling through!
Bottom of Page 1, it's the PCL-300. www.pyrochem.com/-/media/project/jci-global/fire-suppression/pyrochem/united-states-pyrochem/downloads/kitchen-knight-ii/pc2001192.pdf
Hire a licensed fire protection company and have your fire suppression installed properly. These systems have to be inspected by a licensed company every 6 months. If you have a fire and your insurance company figures out you did it yourself they won’t cover the bill
Hello Mr you are not telling nothing about how to fit stove grill etc.and not telling from where I can get the parts to fit on table pls explane that part of vedio pls
You should have had them install the control head on the wall not directly on top of the tank plus they never put a tag on the system at the remote pull station just a sticker tag which is not meant for systems you are supposed to have a tag on it with the installers permit # and on back of the tag they are meant to write down how many fuse links they put in the temp of links 360 or 450 the MFD and date links are installed along with his initials
I prefer mounting the control head on the wall as well. They may not have had a final test yet in which case there wouldn't be a tag on the pull station yet. Some areas don't require a final in food trucks but the area I live does.
That is a PyroChem PCL-300 System. You would have to find a company that is a distributor for them. The PCL-300 is the model number for that specific tank it changes based on what size you need.
If anyone needs help with a fire system in S Florida this is what I do all the time just reach out to me to have it done properly by a licensed contractor
The filters in the hood are total garbage. They’re not meeting any codes and made in some Chinese alleyway. You’re not supposed to be seeing behind the filter or be able to stick your finger pass it

Hi! Was this price including the fire suppression system and installation?
My question is about the shut breaker! How do you do it?
Great content keep up the work!
"Can I install it myself? Of course, they will handle the inspection, but..."
No you have to be licensed. Also it'll be hard to get the equipment unless you're a licensed distributor.
How much did it cost too be installed
A little over $3,000
Any idea where I can buyer
Great job I need help. Please let me know.

Regardless of final inspection your still meant to put a tag on the system which they did but not the correct tag
@@MartinWaldron-b8y I promise you it’s the correct tag
@ the tag stuck on the tag is not the correct tag I can promise you that
Hey did hood pass inspection
I am curious about this also… why wouldn’t tho
What fire suppression did you install?

You’re not supposed to be seeing behind the filter or be able to stick your finger pass it
You need a gimble for your camera
Those filters are useless
You talk TOOO much, 😂... We want the info...Not a long story.
