Food Truck Fire Suppression Hood Install (Part 1)

This is the first part of the install process for a 9 ft Hoodmart pre-piped fire suppression/ventilation hood. I'm installing it in a former Morgan Olson Workhorse W42 step van that I'm converting into a food truck. (It' a former UniFirst delivery truck.) This video covers the physical mounting and modifications that I needed to make in order to make the most use of the available space in the truck. The next video will cover wiring, and the Kidde fire suppression system.
