He truly is an artist who needs to be seen to be believed...even watching his live performances on TV or here on youtube doesn't even come close to the energy felt watching him live in-person

No. Did they get invited to Eric Claptons crossroad when still making their first ep? No black keys have done alot for blues rock but in double the time if not more of gary clark jr. Also I look at keys as more on the rock side of blues then gary clark jr who's more on the side of blues/r and b so comparing them is kind of pointless just like comparing any musicians for that matter
